Nope. I have a friend that does. I have never had a single problem with the iRS. I have letters from them that I am not required to file and have not filed in over 32 years. But that does not mean I don't help others or that I am uneducated in the law.

I told him that he should file a lawsuit against Tax Court under the RFRA. Tax Court is a part of the Federal Government and so it must comply with the RFRA. I cannot. I told him to include the Dollar issue as a part of his RFRA claim. http://www.independentamerican.org/2010 ... g-the-lie/

I told him to use the statements by the prophets on these issues.

The RFRA applies to Tax Court but it has never been used to object to this Particularized tribunal that can only hear issues concerning Congressionally created rights. Naturally the right to earn a living is not a right created by Congress. It is a duty given us by God and so it is a religious issue. If we give our wages to the corrupt federal government then we are not good stewards.

TITLE 42 > CHAPTER 21B > § 2000bb–1. Free exercise of religion protected

(a) In general
Government shall not substantially burden a person’s exercise of religion even if the burden results from a rule of general applicability, except as provided in subsection (b) of this section.
(b) Exception
Government may substantially burden a person’s exercise of religion only if it demonstrates that application of the burden to the person—
(1) is in furtherance of a compelling governmental interest; and
(2) is the least restrictive means of furthering that compelling governmental interest.
(c) Judicial relief
A person whose religious exercise has been burdened in violation of this section may assert that violation as a claim or defense in a judicial proceeding and obtain appropriate relief against a government. Standing to assert a claim or defense under this section shall be governed by the general rules of standing under article III of the Constitution.

I got the letter years ago. You cannot get them any more. I wish it were possible but many people waited too long. Now there are new ways to become exempt but just like the risks I had to take back in the 80s and 90s there are risks.

Most people want a "I cannot get in any legal trouble" clause in anything they do. But with all things of value in the battle for liberty there are risks or their is no eternal glory.

I will not show you the letters unless we are face to face, if that is what you are asking. My legal counsel has said that I had to stop doing that as it gave the IRS too much info and gave others too much info about me personally. It is wise to be wise when fighting tyrants that support Satan.
