If you send your child to a Marxist Public school then you reap what you sow.

The fact that the school is standing behind the driver speaks volumes about the state of public education. I'll let Boyd K. Packer do the commentary:

I'm wondering when the Church is going to start having the Churches used as "schools" also for LDS kids and open to other like minded kids?

We have plenty of members that would be good teachers, and the Church already is like a small school, so the infrastructure is already there. They could have like both free and paid positions, and the money for running the schools can come from the Churches "business" side, so family's don't have to pay tuition, etc.

I think it's about time..... A majority of public schools at the middle, but especially the high school level are considerable cess pools now.

1st you have to get the majority of members & leaders to even see that there really is a huge problem with public schools.

Not going to happen. Too many Socialist members. ANd too many law concerning education K-12. The Church refuses to get entangled in such things.

It is OUR job, not theirs. We will be held accountable for how our children are taught.

Also, the church DID have its own schools and the Saints by and large went against council and sent their children to free schools instead:
