How to "get out" without sending up "red flags"...?

A few friends have been talking about buying raw land as a place to put a storage shed for supplies, etc., using cash for the purchase. I suppose that could be done. But it seems to me one still has to have a name on the land, and an address to send the tax notices to... Some are saying -- use a company name, or a trust... still needs real names, I think, doesn't it?

One friend is looking at land for under $10K in a far away spot, to cache food etc. there.
Frankly, other friends are talking about leaving the country (one saying she feels like we're in Germany just before the Nazis clamped down).
I guess we each have to pray regarding our particular stewardships...

And when it "comes time" to "bug out" -- how are you going to do this without raising even more red flags, you with your trailer full of food and gear heading up into the mountains? something to think about, in advance...

Just don't know how a guy could "get out" without sending up "red flags". Any ideas?

Von Trapp family? Swiss family Robinson?
??

On a hopeful note, see the quote from Alma 48 below:

I'm staying put so my best option is to keep preparing. I think many will "get out" and head to Utah

I don't blame you Bro. The Mrs. and I drove up to Logan today after church to see the valley and I was very impressed by its beauty and peaceful feel. It seemed like a great place to live. (except during the winter months) It is much prettier than the SL/Provo valley areas. I really liked the Wellsville area (I think?) by the mountains off to the left as you are coming into Logan. Very beautiful setting. Didn't one of the Brethren comment about that Cache valley being a sanctuary during the upcoming storms? I can believe it. To bad your sports teams suck. :D

+1. I've invested quite a bit in our preparedness at our current place so I'll likely be here. Besides, we don't have the funds available to start another place.

On a hopeful note, see the quote from Alma 48 below:
My brother-in-law was, he died of a drug overdose, a convicted felon. He obtained the DoJ file on himself illegally through a friend in government. Every person he ever stayed with or was friends with was listed in that file. Every family member. Every person he worked for. EXCEPT me, my wife, my children. Not so much as a mention. And he lived with us for years and worked for me. When he showed it to me he just said, "Teach me Obi-wan." He is a felon and a drug addict so I did not teach him.

Social Security numbers are used to track people. They are the link in this computer age. If you do not want to be tracked, stop using them. If you do not stop using them then you cannot stop being tracked WITH EASE. The Mark of the Beast must be used by people that have them so you cannot buy or sell without using that number. Lose it or you have no liberty.

Trusts and businesses are good for buying land and NO you do not have to tie the info to you. Use an attorney is one way. If you are like me and don't care about laws that want to identify you you can get even more creative. By the way, a friend goes to the attorney for the trust you want set up and hires him. You do the same for a third friend and that one does it for the guy that helped you. Then the trust fires them.

But frankly my favorite way to protect yourself is called a religious organization. I have started several. One example is:http://www.sovereignfellowship.com/

But that is the one where I learned how easy it was to start a religious organization. Remember the Church asks if you belong to any organizations that are in opposition to the teachings of the Church. Not if you belong to ones that are good organizations. If you are a member of the Elks Club the bishop does not really care.

Well the teachings of the church include:
“In conclusion, I repeat that no greater immediate responsibility rests upon members of the Church, upon all citizens of the Republic and of neighboring Republics than to protect the freedom vouchsafed by the Constitution of the United States. ‘Let us, by exercising our privileges under the Constitution:
(1) Preserve our right to worship God according to the dictates of our conscience,
(2) Preserve the right to work when and where we choose....
(3) Feel free to plan and to reap without the handicap of bureaucratic interference.
(4) Devote our time, means, and life if necessary, to hold inviolate those laws which will secure to each individual the free exercise of conscience, the right and control of property, and the protection of life.” (“Free Agency.. .A Divine Gift” 367, 378)

We are at war. All is fair in love and war. We are to devote of life if necessary to the right and control of property. Laws that restrict you are not laws I care about following.

And anyway: “All acts of the legislature apparently contrary to natural rights and justice are, in our law and must be in the nature of things, considered void... We are in conscience bound to disobey.” –Robin vs. Hardaway, 1 Jefferson 109, (Va., 1772)

To form a religious organization it is best to determine which kind. I like Fellowships because:

We may, as children of God, unite in Christian Fellowship as is found in 1st John, Chapter 1:

1. That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;

2. (for the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)

3. That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ.

And as defined in Webster’s Dictionary:

fellowship 3: a company of equals or friends

When I started The First Christian Fellowship of Eternal Sovereignty it was called The First Church of Eternal Sovereignty. The Bishop called me in to excommunicate me. When I show him what we had done (The book was almost complete by then, he sent the writings "all the way up") and no action was taken against me BUT the bishop asked if I would change the name from "Church" to something else. It was a magnificent piece of counsel from God's anointed. As you can see, I followed it.

The States nor the Federal government can make no laws concerning the establishment of a religion. SWEET!

To start your own religion then you get to do it without being concerned about what the law says must be done.

If you start the Divine Gift Fellowship or the Peace Through Fellowship Fellowship or the Cry Liberty Fellowship then that is an entity that does not need government registration. It can buy land and rent property and register automobiles and everything the Church can do without any license or fees to the government.

Who controls it? Well Christ is the head of it, of course. You are just the "steward."

Heber J. Grant, David O, McKay and Ezra Taft Benson all told members to:“Let it [the Constitution] be taught in schools, in seminaries, and in colleges. Let it be written in primers, in spelling books, and almanacs. Let it be preached from the pulpit, proclaimed in legislative halls, and enforced in courts of justice. In short, let it become the political religion of the nation.” Apostle Wirthlin just recently, 1995, repeated this admonition.

How about that?! The prophets told you to establish the Constitution as YOUR political Religion. Have you done it yet? How come? So your "fellowship" is a political religion established to help restore Constitutional principles IN YOUR OWN LIFE. The whole thing is laid out in Testament of Sovereignty http://www.sovereignfellowship.com/ and that can even be your religious doctrine as We are in fellowship with many other fellowships that seek liberty from government tyranny. WOW. You have your own book and everything.

If you want a hard copy of the book just let me know. I will be HAPPY to send you as many as you want, up to 10, FOR FREE.

Satan works using illusion. The 16th and 17th Amendments are illusion. The requirement to file a return is an illusion. How in the heck do you fight an illusion. Make an illusion for yourself. Look at 911. You know that was an illusion. So do I. So fight back with the weapons available and illusion is one of them. Remember that the United States government and all the State governments are fictions aka illusions. They are not real. They are not tangible.

It is amazing what a business card will do for you. Identification cards and ordinations certificates are easy if you buy your own rather inexpensive equipment and perfectly legal if you do not use such things for fraud. You may want to even give yourself a New Name.

Rev. 3: 12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

The Muslims take upon themselves a new name at conversion so this is not unprecedented or only ancient at all. Remember Cassius Clay?

From Steve Jones to John Smith...Sorry but that is funny.

Remember that Mark Twain was a FAKE name. The fun thing is you can even trade mark names with the government. That is fun. Use the weapons that your enemy forges to fight back defensively. "Devote our time, means, and life if necessary, to hold inviolate those laws which will secure to each individual the free exercise of conscience, the right and control of property, and the protection of life.”

It is even more fun to also have your own news organization.
http://www.independentamerican.org/
Freedom of Religion. Freedom of the Press. And all with ID cards. I can intimidate a Cop with Press credentials faster than a lawyer and a courtroom. I had a Federal Marshall in Florida practically begging for forgiveness when he violated our right to take pictures of the Federal Courthouse and demanded IDs. Well we never showed them no stinking IDs even though my Attorney brother and his client were ready to lick the boot of the man. I told him I was with IAN and was writing a story and I would need HIS name and BADGE Number and he was outta there and running back to his federal courthouse as fast as his fat little Hispanic legs would carry him.

Remember this: When you start your own religious organization there are no rules. YOU ARE THE KING! You have to make your own choices. There is no prophet to lay down the rules. There is no government servant to tell you what to do. You have to go to the Lord all on your own and make your own decisions. It is godhood in training. It is amazing what you learn about freedom and sovereignty when you are the one that is the KING!

Then if you want to, The Most Honorable Sovereign Jones, you have the Fellowship start a trust. The land is purchased through the Fellowship directly or the trust by a trustee and that trustee can be changed AFTER the property is purchased.

And that is just barely scratching the surface. Think for yourself. Pray. Let God teach you. I certainly did not learn this stuff from reading the works of others.

State issued driver's licenses are a death nil to personal privacy. If you want more info on what to do about that contact me on the private side Professor Jones. You earned your stripes. I don't give that info out to just anybody. By their fruits ye shall know them and you got the fruit and it is GOOD!

The freest person in the world is a foreigner in the USA. If you have 10,000 FRNs and want to REALLY be free I can tell you how. And I do not get a cent of that. It is just the costs involved internationally.

By the way I gave myself a Ph.D from the University we created too. It is, of course, unaccredited but we really did not want to associate with Universities that do awful things like allow Dick Chenney to speak on their campus.

Hey Doc...I was hoping Sanpete County would be a good "bug out" area but now that you're planning on bugging out of there that blows my option. I have an acre up on the east bench between Mt. Pleasant and Spring City.

2bfree -- i'm passing information along to friends. As for a good location, see the quote from Alma 48 (i.e, perhaps each family head needs to seek guidance on "whither to flee." I'm not saying Sanpete is unsafe, or safe, depends on so much -- hence the need to apply Alma 48 for each situation. IMO)

I asked a guy in Wellsville if he knew a Shadow in town and he said that he thought he did when the last time the sun came out for a few hours last Oct. but its been pretty gloomy since then. I hear you on the inbreed thing. Seriously though give me your address and I'll come by next time. You can take me over to Rumbi's for lunch. I like the Hula Salad with extra chicken. Bob, still I think the counsel of Alma 48 applies; no "one shoe fits all."

Dr Wiik, can such a 'church' (following the US Constitution) purchase property? without being tied to YOUR name? also, what address do you use for tax notices etc. to be sent to, pertaining to the property?

Electrical work crews from all over the US are showing up in ND to repair the 30,000 high power transmission lines that were blown down on Good Friday. We had another storm more recently which blew down a few more.

Several LDS men have brought their families along for the summer work. Lots of temporary population might be a great way to transition into a more permanent situation without being 'obvious'. Raw land is still fairly reasonable although housing in Bismarck is getting a bit more costly. Small towns have pretty homes going for as little as $30,000. The western part of ND is interesting! Might be worth consideration.

Rumbi's reminds me of the beach too. Nothing like a plate of seaweed over a pile of sand with a side of fresh seagull crap. Next time you're in town I'll take you to the Coppermill restaurant for some real food. I'd rather dumpster dive for hot dogs behind 7-11 than eat at Rumbi's again.

That should have sent the red flags flying in every direction. Call it what you want but it is not the Church of Jesus Christ and regardless of contradiction to beliefs it is wrong. Good grief am I the only one that thinks or feels so. Buging out is for those that are not prepared. No where have I seen counsel from the prophets to be prepared to "bug out".

I will stay put in the Salt Lake valley, (even with it's corruption element) where my extended family is, and take what comes. I keep preparing with life sustaining essentials BUT, I realize that we "live between the eternities" and regardless of how we play out our short time here, it is temporary.

Thus, where ever we make our stand, how we live our lives will prove to ourselves just who we really are and what kind of glory we deserve.

The government is tracking us all, probably to an extent we don't even realize.

For some time now I've concluded that it'll take some sort of divine intervention to end this juggernaut to complete satanic-driven totalitarinism.

On the other hand, we are told that the wicked shall destroy the wicked. Perhaps we are headed for a WW3 scenario, (historically plausible when severe economic times are crashing on nations) with the PTB perhaps intending it to be a "limited nuclear war", but, the law of unintended consequences triggers more than they want and .... viola' .... the infrastructure (electronic and otherwise) required to support the government's elaborate survelliance system is rendered inoperable. Further, the means with which to extend power, likewise undermined/eliminated. It fits prophectic utterances regarding the destruction of all nations and pitting neighborhood against neighborhood, people fleeing to and fro, seeking peace, but there is no peace, forced to take up the sword or flee to zion. I conclude it doesn't matter if you live in Logan, Provo or SLC, or some other location where "The Church" is large enough in numbers to establish a functioning "stake of Zion" amidst all the chaos a nuclear third war would bring.

So, I say, each person/family make the best decision for itself and it's unique needs. This "bug out" talk ... I think is wrongheaded. No one is gonna "bug out". If the government is intact and putting it's steel boot on us, it'll be able to prevent any such "bugging out". And if it's "de-fanged", then traveling during such chaos invites attention and trouble. Best to sit tight, with one's ward and stake, therein willl most likely be security.

IMO.

Is Utah designated to be the "gathering place"?

I myself would be worried about moving to Utah... there are whole towns springing up overnight based around a single company/factory. Such growth is very insecure since if the single factory/company fails (which is more likely to happen in today's economy), then everyone is out of a job without secondary prospects and the current housing bubble in Utah would start collapsing. It would be similar to what's happening in Detroit.

Unless you could afford to buy an inflated-price house in Utah in cash, then wouldn't moving to Utah now conflict with president Hinckley's counsel that we all get out of debt?

Since economic collapse is likely the next step we'll see, getting out of debt should be a higher priority than moving to a better (and more expensive) place.

Thanks for the Dr., Dr.

When Disney wanted to buy land in Florida for Disney World they wanted to do it without letting everyone in the area to know that Disney was buying land to keep the costs from going through the roof. No one found out until after the land was purchased.

A Nevada Corporation is cheep. The Corp can be your agent. You need a Nevada agent and those are a dime a dozen in Nevada including someone like me. (Just ask.) Just an address where you receive mail and that mail can be forwarded to the unnamed officers. The only officer that needs to be named is the President. The Corp buys the property for the Trust and the Trust is for the Fellowship. Of course you can leave out the trust and go straight to the Fellowship.

I had a letter sent from Japan to the State of Nevada so I could get some questions answered. The name on the letter was the closest thing I could come to my named spelled in English Letters into a Japanese translation. Then I signed it in my new Japanese name. I got the response I wanted on official State Stationary and it was sent to Japan. Illusion works. People want to believe that you are anything but what you claim you are.

People also, do not want to appear to be bigoted or ignorant. I used to tell specific people, to see what would occur, that I was originally from the Nation of Ephraim (Truth) but it was taken over and now our government is in exile (Truth again). One person asked where it was and I said: "Do you know where Israel is?" They said "Yes." I said: "Well there you go."

Notice that I did not tell them that was where it was. A friend of mine belongs to Oceanus. When people ask him where it is he says: Do you know where New Zealand is? They would say: "Yes." He would say; "Near there."

Most people do not have a clue where other nations are. I certainly could not name all the nations of the world. Can you? New nations are forming all the time. Hutt River Province is a prime example. Is it a nation or not. It is not internationally recognized but then I believe that the USA does not recognized North Korea. The Dali Lama is that government's leader in exile.

Hutt River Declared their independence from Australia 40 years ago. They are still independent: http://www.principality-hutt-river.com/

How often do you look up a man's credentials? And where do you look? The internet? Establish your illusion and make your claims.

I don't know if you have ever seen the R rated movie The Shawshank Redemption but the star creates an illusionary man that gets all kind of official documents while he is in prison. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0111161/ It is a movie that I believe everyone in the Patriot movement should see. It teaches many great lessons.

If creating an illusion is a bit to scary for you then another consideration is just a good attorney and/or Real Estate Lesson. Tell the Agent you want your Fellowship to buy a property and that it is strictly for the Fellowship and that you are the agent and ONLY the agent for the Fellowship and you want to know how to keep it in the name of the Fellowship and without any direct ties to you. If you spend some time looking for a good agent that has been around a while you should be able to find one. Like one instructor I had teaching me about what kind of an accountant you want told me: "You don't want an accountant that tells you 2+2+5 and you don't want an accountant that tells you 2+2+4. When you ask an accountant what 2+2equals you want him to ask: What do you want it to be?" You need that kind of Real Estate Agent. Remember. You are only an agent for the group and have no actual authority or interest in the property and the the owners want to remain 100% anonymous.

Use people that know what to do.

A business card with Robert Hanssen on it or Billy Kidd or Sven Pig Herder ( http://www.independentamerican.org/2009 ... e-of-sven/ ) claiming you are the Property Acquisition Vice Chairman Twinkly Toes Religious Cult sets the stage.

Sven is my fun name. I am Sven and Sven is me. If you read his saga (sung to the tune of Davy Crocket, you will see that Sven is the most important person that ever lived BECAUSE he herds pigs. Every man is a king and ever king is no better than a Pig Herder in my world. Laws that do not maintain liberty for all are meant to be disobeyed because they are not law.

And if you decided that you just created the Twinkly Toes Religious Cult and gave yourself the title of Property Acquisition Vice Chairman then you are not lying. You are creating an illusion just like Wal-Mart or the State of Utah or Apple Computer Corporation is an illusion but you are doing it in your Kingdom and under YOUR laws. And a Religious organization does not need STATE approval for ANYTHING. Just do not hurt or harm or commit a fraud upon anyone. THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT. The organization needs to pay its bills. ANd if you pay them with Money Orders then they do not even need to know anything about who singed the Money Order. Sign it Agent and it will still be cashed.

A church can be for anything. REALLY: http://xxxchurch.com/ (this is not a XXX site but a church that helps the Porn industry.)

Do some research on the www on how to buy property anonymously. I have not researched this for years so there are probably some great new ideas.

And that was two seconds of research on Google.

And remember this: The banking system is in trouble right now because they do not have the titles to the homes and land they claim belong to them. I am in the process right now of obtaining a property because the bank cannot prove it owns it and I am in possession. People in the know are buying worthless seconds of 500 Bucks, moving into the home and fighting it out in court with the Banks. You have more of a right to the home than the banks. Make your own bailout and fight back at the banks at the same time.

I agree with you there Tony.

I certainly would not want to live around a bunch of Mormons that follow the 12th Article of Faith blindly. They are EXACTLY the kind of people that will turn you in to the USA Gestapo just so they would not have to get on the trains until after you.

Not only that if you believe that people do not know that Mormons have food storage FORGET IT. You will have a target on your back if you have food storage and there is a food shortage. If you do not move to a small community that is willing to fight off marauders WITH you then you are as good as chum waiting to be thrown to the sharks. People that are alone will be food for the machine.

I believe that the Army will be confiscating food storage from anyone that has it and has not p[laced it in an area they is difficult to find. Just read about Germany in WWII and count on yourself being treated like the Jews. Pacifists will be slaughtered like the anti-Nephi-Lehites would have been without an army to protect them.

Mormons that support the government will be your enemy and fathers will turn on the children so your next door neighbor or bishop that calls you a right wing extremist nut will turn you in.

Watch Red Dawn http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0087985/

Or even the new one http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1234719/synopsis

The Chinese are coming. And the Mormons will obey their new masters with joy and a testimony that they will be spared right until they go into the death pits.

Wiikwajio, I fear I may have mis judged you, and I apologize.

are you willing to post links to the home pages of all of your website, or maybe PM them to me?

Though I am still not sold on everything, nor some of your tactics, I am open to being wrong on those as well, and think you are really on to something in many aspects.
