You liked his post that he made arguing with me. and his post said David was alive when Solomon “built” the temple.

I don’t worship anyone but my Heavenly Father and his Son, remember anyone who believes in the father and not the son is worshipping the devil per John 8:44.

You should educate yourself about ancient Hebrews and saris. They were respected and could have kids if they matured into that.
I didn't like that post for the whole David and Solomon life span, I liked it for the very last sentence. " Christ fulfilled this when he declared that his body was the temple. ." I don't agree with most of what He said, but that little snippet is why I liked it. Again you assume because someone likes a post they agree with everything they are talking about. That is a ridiculous assumption. There was a thread a while ago about how and why people like posts.

Yep, you should look more into what "believing" the Son actually means. Too many say they believe, but their lives demonstrate they don't. There will be many that say "Lord , Lord..
You liked a post because of a description of a bible verse? So vague of a reason, I have read many posts that have bible verses described properly mixed in with emotional opinion that they are trying to pass as facts.

I would never like them just because I like the common description of said verse.

I believe the son, he said he is there to do the work of the father.

He is one with the father, he had many things to judge the Pharisees of but the Father told him no.

Most Christians believe the son is the father thus they don’t believe his words!

Have ye not read?
Yep. I did.

Cool, thanks for describing why we are different.

Ok.

I'm sure I disagree with whatever you are implying here- maybe agree with part and disagree in part.

I'm sure I disagree partly with whatever you are also implying here- probably agree in part and disagree in part.

You don't have a proper understanding of what most Christians believe.

I have read, thanks for asking- Just assume that I've read in the future, it must hurt your fingers to type that out every time you speak with someone- I'll save you the trouble and just let you know that I have read so you don't have to keep typing that out.

So then you know that to say the first temple is not of God, that means the book of Isaiah is not of God because chapter 6 happened in that temple. Then that means Jesus is not of God because he talks about the prophecies of Isaiah being fulfilled in him!

This route you and Shawn are on is a slippery slope. Where do you stop the Justification?

The Jews who didn’t believe Jesus, hated him, he told them the truth, to their point of view he was a jerk. They thought they were perfect in their religion!

Jesus is an alpha, the alpha and the omega!

Honestly I have no idea what you are saying about me or what I believe. You have some premise, which from the way you're talking, is entirely off base, chasing after some straw man that's been hanging out spending time with you. I don't think I"m on a slipperly slope with Shawn... I think the mountain I'm climbing just happened to cross where ever Shawn is - whether or not he is sliding down a slope or climbing I don't know- I do knwo I don't agree with him on a lot of things.

Hmm are you saying you have that in common with hte Jews?

Great question! I stop the Justification with faith in Christ- He justifies me through faith on His name!

You say you have read but I said;

Then you reply with this;

Interesting.

Do you believe that the Lord wants us to build temples?

If not, was Solomon’s temple of the Lord?

In the post you liked of Shawn Henry, he was arguing with me that Solomon’s temple was not of the Lord. He used the statement that you like as part of his justification.

The devil said to Eve, “Ye shall not surely die“ I would never give a thumbs up to that quote, even though they did not die in that earthly day……

How far are you going to go to justify your stance? You have already passed the point of twisting your opponent’s words by asking a derogatory question.

That was in response to this: "The Jews who didn’t believe Jesus, hated him, he told them the truth, to their point of view he was a jerk. They thought they were perfect in their religion!" Do you have that in common with the Jews? It was a cheeky response.

Yeah.. you've quoted taht a few times... again I have no idea what you're trying to imply- at this point it is saying more about you than about me if you are trying to imply something... Are you trying to convince me that you believe? Or are you trying to convince yourself? Or are you implying I don't believe?

We are the temple if the Spirit is in us so yes and no... not in the way you likely mean it.

Ok. Have you read what I stated about my beliefs with Shawn? Or maybe you haven't read? to quote you partially quoting someone else, but I'm only quoting you and your intent here, " Have ye not read?"

Sure, but the Lord didn't dwell there at least in the way people mean it says so even in the Old Testament. : 1 Kings 8: But will God indeed dwell on the earth? Behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain You. How much less this temple which I have built! 28 Yet regard the prayer of Your servant and his supplication, O LORD my God, and listen to the cry and the prayer which Your servant is praying before You today: 29 that Your eyes may be open toward this temple night and day, toward the place of which You said, ‘My name shall be there,’ that You may hear the prayer which Your servant makes toward this place. 30 And may You hear the supplication of Your servant and of Your people Israel, when they pray toward this place. Hear in heaven Your dwelling place; and when You hear, forgive...

Act 7: 7 But it was Solomon who built a house for him.48 “However, the Most High does not live in houses made by human hands. As the prophet says:49 “‘Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool What kind of house will you build for me? says the Lord. Or where will my resting place be?50 Has not my hand made all these things?’[l]

What?

What?

Again, no Idea what stance you think I'm taking. You remind me of a girl I went on a date with once, who legitimately thought I worked for the FBI and was tapping her phone. Gotta have your enemy though- it makes you feel like you're accomplishing something!

I know it was a response to that. I can follow a simple conversation.

If one cannot follow this conversation how can that one ever understand the Lord’s parables?
