Family reunion in Provo 15 years ago... We decided to treat ourselves to a relaxing weekend and booked a few nights at The Grand in Salt Lake City. We asked the concierge if there were any local events that we might want to check out. He was a tad bit embarrassed to explain that the area around the hotel was being staged for several Utah Pride Festival events. My husband kept mumbling all weekend, "But this is supposed to be a Mormon community???"

Desmond is 17 now and looks like he's going on 40. The lighting probably isn't doing him any favours, but that's a rough looking 17. Definitely lots of hard drugs, not to mention all the havoc that evil spirits can wreck on one's countenance over time.

Interestingly he is wearing some kind of medallion that says "bride" in Hebrew.... the black and white checkerboard floor is also pretty conspicuous.

I saw a meme on snapchat that is going viral....it is like a bucket list.....on it are several non descript teenage things and then near the bottom of the 12 things to do while a teen....it says

Give a blow job to a random dude.
Go south and down under with your best friend.

I'm like asking this teenager....is this normal? And she said yes.....teenagers use snapchat to send all types of sexual content.....then it disappears....girls boys, whatever.....teens are used to this non genderless lust thing. Many see nothing wrong with the above behavior...no birth control needed. Also kids vape, smoke marijuana. Drink, do shrooms as well as sexting on snapchat...apparently its a big deal with teenagers....so if you have a teenager and they use snap chat beware. Maybe everyone was already aware of this.....I'm old so I had no idea what teenagers were really doing....snap chat is very shady...I'm sure there are other platforms that allow this as well.....pedos prolly use and cruise snap chat as well....hard to get caught when you say your a teen online and all the snaps disappear.....and your really a forty something checking your phone for sexts. BTW I'm told that most parents are fine with the child porn being sent around but draw the line on the vape/drug snaps.....i'm like whaaaat? I was really told this by a parent.......who then said " whatcha going to do about it anyway...they are all minors and they are taking pics of themselves and sharing.". And I'm like ummmm ya...ok. I guess.....wth r u crazy...is what I should have said.....meanwhile Washington state has a foot finder task force....to find kids trying to sell feet pics for money....this is no joke....they have taken kids to juvi for trying to sell feet pics on certain websites.....and adults for selling feet pics of minors have gone to jail....but the sexting is all good minor to minor......idk....i guess seeing a minors foot is way more important as the fetish is real....this is serious post..not being sarcastic at all.....lol...we've made alot of technical progress this decade....and it's not for the better....the war for our kids and been launched and won and most of us had no idea it was raging on devices right next to us....

I know very little about snapchat but a young woman in my office explained that young people "think" their sexually explicit pics vanished. What they do not know is that many recipients are taking screenshot of said pics and then sharing them around the web. As an old person, I am grateful that we did not have the internet and modern technology when I was a teenager. We had to exercise our brains more and actually read books to find answers. (which also means that I could not instantly answer the plethora of questions that jump into my head) But, we were better able to protect ourselves from ourselves when teenage hormones are wacked out.

I do not think these young people understand that they can be charged with child pornography for sending out pics of themselves to others if they are minors.

Foot fetish arrests? This one baffles me.
