Trump showed up completely unprepared. His biggest concern seemed to be whether or not people thought his rally crowd was big and didn’t leave early. Sounds like there should be a drug to help with that.

And Kamala had all the questions weeks before and the answers drilled into her feeble word salad brain. 🙄

Trump has never been a good debater. Most people on this forum could have debated the baby killing whore better than he did.

But it doesn't matter.

Only low IQ or low information people would walk away from that thinking she won

It might take a few days, but the majority of people will understand that ABC and their whore lost... which is a Trump win by default

You have a great deal more confidence in the voting public that I suspect is warranted.

I bet the political advisors of both candidates were capable of anticipating each and every one of their questions - as would any average poli sci student.

It looked to me like he put no effort into providing voters with any kind of thought-out plan. It came off as arrogant.

How?

It was a state media hit piece

They let her lie the whole night lol

If someone can't see this... they're either low info or low awareness

I understand the argument that it's scripted on both sides, but that nearly as strong as it be a straight propaganda from the government.

How is that ugly? Wth?

Even CNN can't deny it lol

The moderation was terrible.

Harris did better than I expected, but came off as rehearsed, scripted, told several whoppers and avoided at least two very important questions (that we all already know the answer to.) Also, the comical faces she was making during some of Trump's answers did not help her case imho. I get that she was trying to convey that what Trump was saying was ridiculous and outrageous, but again, even these physical responses seemed super rehearsed and unnatural.

Trump was Trump. He missed some huge opportunities to hold Harris accountable, he too often allowed himself to be baited, and mostly did not give a performance that is going to win over many independents (any support that he gets will be those who were repelled by Harris rather than attracted to him, imho)
Conclusion:

ABC moderators and "fact-checkers" D-
Harris: C
Trump C-

I put Harris higher only because she was the beneficiary of the terrible moderation.

It's hard for any of us to take you seriously when you are so immature. A burst of unchecked emotions vomited out on people has never contributed anything to a thread.

Leaving behind Junior High School rhetoric is a choice we should all make.

While Anyone here should be able to tell my political leanings. However when I post here I try to present logical conclusions not coloured by my political leanings. While I suspect this is not very successful it is what I am striving for.

I have no idea how somebody who is thoughtful and logical could vote against their own best Interests.....it's actually quite breath taking..but it happens every election cycle.....and I have no confidence in the voting public...living in the deep blue abyss it's a given people will vote for higher prices and lower morality and then wonder why all their money is gone just trying to live with all the social problems of homelessness, drug use and high property crime......meanwhile government is living large....the ultra rich move and the poor are stuck......when government is working ..it's usually against you...less government in any scenario would mean more money for everyone in the economy......money is the great equalizer for people who wish to work and create goods and services.....not government......government creates nothing.....just takes....maybe all you Mormons organizing for Harris should take a moment to reassess your cushy lifestyles....cuz the policies of the dems will ultimately result In the counterfeit of the united order...for those of you who don't know......that would be you will own nothing and be happy.....except you prolly will be hungry and living in a 280sq ft. Apt.......2030 is on the way.....

Unchecked emotion? Lol

he quoted me because he doesn't like me , not because of what I said.
It was lame, so I poked him and he started throwing insults like I knew he would. I was wrong,so I apologized

But you have to understand, I don't care if you don't take me seriously. And when you speak for everybody and try to isolate me, it just reinforces that you are what you think you see in me.

I apologized to the guy before you even read the conversation.

But thanks so much for "caring"

The still photos of handshakes are ridiculous. If I can get a still photo just right, I can make up whatever story I want.

There are going to be four presidential candidates on the ballot in Texas
Kamala Harris wants abortion up to the second trimester
Donald Trump wants it up to the states allowing abortion only for rape, incest, and life of the mother
Chase Oliver has said that while he doesn't agree with abortion the government has no right to ban it
Jill Stein has repeatedly said that she fully endorses a woman in having an abortion

I really think that voting solely on abortion is wrong in this election cycle because all four candidates are in favor of abortion in some form or another.

I was thinking someone would notice this, but nobody has.

So, Harris was wearing these.

Go ahead and pull a photo or a video clip from the debate.

Right, I saw that you said that.
Your post is what actually prompted me to share the link.

I guess I was hoping for you or someone else to say something to my cryptic link post.

I was sure that she had a bug in her right ear because you never got to see it during the entire debate. Her hair always covered it.
But, then the next day I saw those real pearl clip on ear buds and I knew that was what it was.
