Drugs with reported efficacy for COVID--Meryl Nass, MD. November 16, 2021


Ivermectin 0.4-0.6 mg/kg daily for 5 days depending on how sick you are and which variant you experience, take with food with fat
Hydroxychloroquine 200 mg x2 breakfast and lunch day one, then 200 mg 2x daily for 6 more days. Take with or before food
Doxycycline 100 mg 2x/day with large meal, avoid sun for a week or azithromycin 250 mg 2 on day 1, then 1 daily for 4 more days or a little longer
Aspirin 325 mg/day helps block blood clotting through its inhibition of platelet activation.  Some people who form clots anyway may benefit from additional blood thinners targeting other clotting mechanisms, such as lovenox.
Vitamin D--try to achieve a blood level of 60 which should reduce risk for all respiratory illneses and likely other medical conditions
Vitamin C 1000mg 3 or 4 times daily
Zinc 30-60 mg daily
Melatonin 12 mg at bedtime
For early lung problems within the first week:  inhaled albuterol and dexamethazone, cheapest to buy as vials to use with a nebulizer.  
Newer approaches that can be added to the old or substituted (but I have not used all of them and there are no published protocols)
After one week of illness you take steroids (prednisone or methylprepdnisolone or others) orally, about 40-60 mg/day for continuing lung problems and inflammation that occurs throughout the body.
For mast cell/allergy syndrome, use (OTC) both H1 and H2 blockers.  Recommended are Pepcid 40-80 mg 3 times daily and cyproheptadine (Periactin) 6 mg 3x daily, which also blocks the serotonin response. 
Anti-androgens also have efficacy.  FLCCC suggests you use both spironolactone and dutasteride or finasteride. 
Celebrex (celecoxib) plus pepcid is another good combination
Metformin 500 mg once daily reduces high insulin levels and high blood sugar. https://c19early.com/mf
N-acetyl cysteine 500 mg per day will help mop up the debris caused by inflammation. OTC and still available, though FDA proposes to take it off OTC status.
Tricor (fenofibrate) 145 mg per day helps break down infiltrates containing a lot of lipids via emulsification and lets your body heal quicker from cytokine storm.
Fluconazole--mentioned by Ryan Cole, and beneficial when there is a Candida albicans secondary infection.  I don't have any evidence it works as a direct treatment for coronaviruses.

My interview with Kevin Barrett and an amazing video from Glen Beck. This is where the 2 ends of the spectrum come together.

I used the word "simple" in a peculiar way.  What I was getting at was the simplicity (in my mind) with which one could predict whether someone would want a COVID vaccine based on which party they belonged to or who they voted for to be President.  Was it really that simple for pollsters and political pundits to predict important health decisions based on party?
Kevin reminded me that now everything is being spun through the lens of partisan politics, so maybe I am responding to media spin, rather than reality.
On further reflection, I think that 24/7 propaganda, even when you are not overtly paying attention, has a subliminal effect on people, causing listeners to believe what is being told, after they have heard the same thing many times, even if they aren't consciously aware of it.  So the choice of vaccination would not be one driven by your party affiliation but rather which media you listen to.

Speaking of media, I was strongly urged to listen to Glen Beck last night (which I did for the first time) and it was very gratifying. Please do this, even if he is very difficult to tolerate, because the material is very important.
His team has pulled the story together from the funding of virus discovery and enhancement in Wuhan to the end of western liberal democracy.  Most of the pieces have been scattered through this blog over the past 20 months, but he put it together in one video.

FBI Statement on Incident Involving Fake Emails
Updated November 14, 2021:
The FBI is aware of a software misconfiguration that temporarily allowed an actor to leverage the Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal (LEEP) to send fake emails. LEEP is FBI IT infrastructure used to communicate with our state and local law enforcement partners. While the illegitimate email originated from an FBI operated server, that server was dedicated to pushing notifications for LEEP and was not part of the FBI’s corporate email service. No actor was able to access or compromise any data or PII on the FBI’s network. Once we learned of the incident, we quickly remediated the software vulnerability, warned partners to disregard the fake emails, and confirmed the integrity of our networks.

Four FBI agents hired prostitutes while working overseas and lied to internal investigators about it, according to the Justice Department’s Office of Inspector General. 
A fifth of agent is accused of soliciting a prostitute but not hiring her. 
During a polygraph test, the agents denied having sex with prostitutes, according to the report. 
One of the agents provided another FBI official with a “package containing approximately 100 white pills to deliver to a foreign law enforcement officer.”
“During the investigation, the OIG found indications that three of the FBI officials may also have failed to report unofficial contacts with foreign nationals,” the report states. 
So far, of the five agents who solicited sex, two have resigned, two retired and one was removed.”

Later Banister was linked to the plot to assassinate John F. Kennedy. On 9th August, 1963, Lee Harvey Oswald distributed leaflets that supported Fidel Castro and his government in Cuba. On these leaflets was the address 544 Camp Street, New Orleans. This was also the office of Carlos Bringuier, an anti-Castro exile. Around the corner from 544 Camp Street, located in the same building, was 531 Lafayette Street, which housed the detective agency run by Banister. This raised suspicions that Oswald had been involved in a right-wing conspiracy to kill Kennedy.

Stetson Kennedy and the FBI: Dissidence, Exile, and Surveillance during the Cold War

For more than seven decades, native Floridian William Stetson Kennedy (1916–2011) worked for social justice as a folklorist, journalist, historian, spy, labor organizer, educator, and, as he put it, a “dissident at large.” From the early 1940s until the mid- 1960s, the FBI, in cooperation with the CIA, the Department of State, and the G-2 (US Army intelligence), tracked Stetson Kennedy’s associations, whereabouts, and activities. Why did the FBI and other intelligence agencies expend untold manpower and taxpayer money to surveil a man who was not involved in criminal activity and did not pose a threat to national security or human wellbeing? Stetson Kennedy’s work was touching a political nerve, to the extent that FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover became personally involved in the investigation of Stetson Kennedy.
This talk focuses on a key period during the time the FBI tracked Kennedy. From 1952 until 1960, he was in exile. In the late 1940s, Kennedy had infiltrated the Ku Klux Klan and testified against its leaders, and they had in turn put a price on his head and firebombed his house. A progressive group called the Civil Rights Congress asked Kennedy to travel to Geneva to testify in a forced labor committee hearing about his findings from Florida work camps. Kennedy left from Jacksonville in November 1952 with $8 in cash, one suit, a Klan robe, and a one-way ticket paid for by donations from a black church. He traveled the world for eight years.
During this prolific period, he lectured and wrote on leftist politics and American culture. Periodicals in the United States, East Germany, Italy, Russia, China, Hungary, Sri Lanka, France, and Indonesia published his work. Jean-Paul Sartre not only published Kennedy’s work in his journal Les Temps Moderne, but he also mentored Kennedy and helped him publish his exposé Jim Crow Guide to the USA (1957), a work so scathing that Stetson could not find a US publisher. While in exile, Kennedy also wrote I Rode with the Ku Klux Klan (1954), a thriller based on his work as a special agent with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Both of these books and others have been widely translated and are still in print. Nevertheless, Kennedy’s life and work are largely unknown.
Applying critical theories of ideology and hegemony, the speakers will highlight some of Kennedy’s more incendiary writings from this time of exile. Speaker One will provide a biographical portrait and analyze his importance to civil rights and leftist politics. Speaker Two will explain the conflict between Stetson Kennedy and J. Edgar Hoover, focusing on correspondence and articles from the FBI dossier. Speaker Two will also provide an overview of Kennedy’s leftist writings abroad.

The post was allegedly made by an “equal opportunity offender, unapologetic Latina refugee in USA" who goes by Vilma. Okay. Vilma has appeared for the first time, yet somehow she did a very deep dive back to 2011, and surfaced with a transcript of an advisory committee meeting that Robert Malone, I and Vera Sharav all called into.
Do you really think some refugee from nowhere is going to draw attention to themselves with a flaming post like this? Do you further believe that anyone but an intelligence professional was able to search the government’s databases and come up with the transcript of a meeting that happened to involve Robert Malone and me? In fact, the author states the transcript has been “authenticated by a USG employee.”
This is yet one more op intended to discredit Robert Malone, and now the same people are going after Ryan Cole. The game is divide and conquer, using people’s anger and frustration. And a lot of people are enjoying it, which is sad.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation arranged for a meeting with officers from Connecticut’s State Capitol Police (SCP) at the FBI’s Meriden office over SCP’s concerns about an increase in email and online threats and harassment of state lawmakers, according to emails received through a Freedom of Information request.
Heidi Minns of the FBI emailed Capitol Police Sargent Timothy Boyle on November 3, 2022, following a bi-weekly call held by the Connecticut Intelligence Center (CTIC), which facilitates “the receipt, analysis, and dissemination of criminal, terrorism, and cybersecurity related information and intelligence in collaboration with partner agencies to help identify, respond, prevent and mitigate unlawful activity,” according to the center’s mission statement.
The FBI is part of that intelligence center, along with the Department of Homeland Security, National Guard, Connecticut State Police and others. The center was created in response to the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.

Wounded Knee Murder Mystery Reopens : Native Americans: Death of activist has remained unsolved since her corpse was found 19 years ago. Some believe she was killed by the FBI. Others suspect she was a government informant.
Her frozen body was found in February, 1976. FBI agents ordered her hands cut off and sent to Washington, D.C., for identification.
The FBI doctor who conducted the first autopsy, W. O. Brown, ruled she had died of exposure. A second autopsy showed she had been shot execution-style in the back of the head with a .38-caliber gun; Brown said he “inadvertently overlooked” the bullet wound.

A coalition of local social justice organizations – including Healthy Black Families, Friends of Adeline, Consider the Homeless, Racism and Criminal Justice Reform (RCJR), Berkeley Copwatch and Berkeley Community Safety Coalition – asserts that the data substantiates these allegations. You can see in the chart below that bike force officer arrests (the red line) far outnumber the arrests by officers in the rest of the police department (the blue line).

So much of what is considered [cough] bulletproof evidence in criminal cases is nothing more than pseudoscience dressed in a lab coat. For years, prosecutors have presented science-y sounding “evidence” derived from lab techniques that had never undergone any sort of peer review or blind testing. The government — especially the DOJ — has also allowed its hand-selected “experts” to vastly overstate the veracity of their findings.
But almost everything considered infallible has proven extremely fallible when subjected to rigorous examination by zealous defense attorneys and, more importantly, courts willing to actually question the things said to them by law enforcement.
It’s the questioning that matters. When courts do it, precedent is created

Frank Wilkinson, Anti-HUAC Activist, Sent to Prison for Contempt of Congress
 
Civil libertarian and anti-HUAC activist Frank Wilkinson was sentenced to prison on this day for contempt of Congress. Wilkinson had been called to testify before the House Un-American Activities Committee, on July 30, 1958, and refused to answer its questions.
He had been a leader of the national campaign to abolish HUAC, and organized the protests against the committee’s hearings in San Francisco on May 12, 1960, which were the largest public anti-HUAC protests in the committee’s history.
Contempt of Congress indictments became a heavy weapon against alleged subversives during the Cold War. While it had rarely been used before World War II, HUAC issued 21 contempt citations in 1946, 14 in 1947, and 56 in 1950. All other House Committees in those years issued a total of only 6 contempt citations.

A worthless piece of pseudo-research on physicians spreading misinformation online was carried out by 2 young women with BS degrees and supervised by an MD, PhD professor at the University of Massachusetts. It wound up in a top journal (JAMA Network) on August 15—but no one seems to know how it could have possibly gotten there. And the ‘study’ claims there was no outside funding. So who paid for it?

The JAMA paper has actually garnered quite a bit of press. The methodology seems to be random (“mixed methods study” is what the authors call it). The 2 young first authors trolled social media to collect a list of 52 doctors who provided alternative COVID narratives, and misinformation was DEFINED by any disagreement with the CDC.

Shocking the conscience. That’s the legal term for government actions that are so far from acceptable no one, not even cop-friendly courts, can deem them acceptable.
A small Kansas PD — the one presiding over the town of Marion — managed to shock the national conscience by raiding the office of the Marion County Record, along with the local paper’s co-owner’s home. The co-owner, 98-year-old Joan Meyer, died the day after protesting the presence of multiple officers in her home during this string of raids that also swept up the vice-mayor of the town of 1,900.
The alleged criminal acts didn’t seem to be supported by much in the way of probable cause. Someone (apparently the estranged ex-husband) supplied information to the small paper about business

The NYPD has always been in the business of acquiring the latest in law enforcement tech. The arrival of easily affordable drones attracted the NYPD’s acquisition team, which began obtaining these eyes-in-the-sky more than a decade ago when they were still considered to be mostly a military plaything.
The acquisition of drones also attracted the eye of a local artist, who was arrested by the NYPD for satirizing its drone fleet with publicly posted “ads” that suggested the PD was getting into the drone strike business. The NYPD had drones. It did not, however, have a sense of humor. It engaged in a “weeks-long manhunt” for the artist behind the satirical posters that so offended

A pursuit may be initiated under the following conditions: Known or suspected serious felony suspect(s); NOTE: “Serious felony” as used in this section includes: the attempt or act of murder, mayhem, serious or violent sex crimes, robbery, arson, kidnapping, carjacking, assault with a deadly weapon, burglary (including commercial burglary that results in significant loss or is determined to be part of a serial crime), major narcotics violations, and terrorist acts. NOTE: Possession of narcotics/drugs in amounts associated with common personal use or street-level sales does not warrant the initiation of a vehicular pursuit. A confirmed grand theft, vehicle; or Misdemeanor suspects only in the following situations: Where the suspect(s) has been observed by a deputy or reliable witness(s) to be displaying a firearm in an assaultive manner reasonably contemporaneous to the initiation of the pursuit; or Where there is reasonable suspicion to believe the suspect is driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or is otherwise impaired, and the suspect's driving prior to the attempted stop is so flagrantly reckless that it presents a clear and present danger to other users of the highway, and failure to apprehend the violator would likely pose an imminent and life threatening danger to the public. NOTE: Examples of such flagrantly reckless driving include, but are not limited to; collisions with other vehicles or objects, forcing other vehicles to take evasive action to avoid collision, failure to stop at controlled intersections without slowing, or driving on the wrong side of the highway. A 25-year expert on explosives and demolition has called for a congressional investigation to officially determine the initiators of the tragic Oklahoma City bombing which killed 168 people and injured hundreds of others.
Ben Partin, a retired brigadier general in the United States Air Force, has provided every member of Congress a detailed, comprehensive report of his analysis of the April 19, bombing.
The general contends the explosion was caused in part by demolition charges placed at critical structural points inside the building.
The official story by the Clinton administration's FBI, accepted virtuallly without question by the Establishment media, is that the bombing was caused solely by a single truck bomb consisting of 4,800 pounds of ammonium nitrate transported to the location in a Ryder truck which was parked outside the building.
Partin said the destruction to the building could not have possibly resulted from such a bomb alone.
To verify his analytical conclusions, Partin visited Oklahoma City during the last week of June 1995, where he had the opportunity to review hundreds of photographs taken throughout the cleanup operation.
The photos, taken before the debris was hauled off and buried at another site, provide, in Partin's view, "irrefutable evidence that at least four demolition charges were set off at four critical columns of the reinforced concrete structure at the floor level of the third floor."

A second case, involved Harry Moore, president of the Florida State NAACP. He was one of the leading forces mobilizing black voters. Notwithstanding the myriad tools used by whites to suppress black voters, the black electorate still had the potential to be a significant factor in Florida politics. He reported on the crime for The Nation and decades later, he conducted a tireless campaign to reopen the investigation to identify the killer, but the trail ran cold. Justice was denied in that case also.

Thomas Hale Boggs disappeared while on a campaign flight from Anchorage to Juneau, Alaska, on 16th October, 1972. Also killed in the accident was Nick Begich, a member of the House of Representatives. No bodies were ever found and in 1973 his wife, Lindy Boggs, was elected in her husband's place.
The Los Angeles Star, on November 22, 1973, reported that before his death Boggs claimed he had "startling revelations" on Watergate and the assassination of John F. Kennedy.

In his student days, Walker was an active participant in the civil rights movement. He was a volunteer in the historic Mississippi “Freedom Summer” in 1964 to help register black voters in the state. One of his fellow activists in a voter registration training session was Andrew Goodman, who, along with Mickey Schwerner and James Chaney, was murdered at the very beginning of the project summer by members of the Ku Klux Klan (with the complicity of local police).
