El Paso FBI Agent Sentenced for Federal Firearms Violations

U.S. Attorney’s Office
August 24, 2010 Western District of Texas (210) 384-7100
United States Attorney John E. Murphy announced that in El Paso this morning, former Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent John Shipley was sentenced to two years in federal prison for violating federal firearms laws.
Senior United States District Judge David Briones also ordered that Shipley be placed under supervised release for a period of three years and complete 250 hours of community service after completing his prison term. Judge Briones also ordered that Shipley forfeit 17 firearms including two .50 caliber Barrett rifles; ammunition in various calibers including over 2,800 rounds of .50 caliber ammunition; one silencer; and, $7,340 in cash seized during the execution of a federal search warrant at Shipley’s residence on May 6, 2008.
“Federal agents are not exempt from the laws which they swore to uphold,” stated United States Attorney John E. Murphy. “Mr. Shipley is being held accountable for his own criminal actions. They are in no way a reflection of the outstanding work being accomplished by dedicated federal, state and local law enforcement across this District and this country.”
This investigation—conducted by agents from the U.S. Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General together with agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives—commenced with a firearms trace of a .50 caliber sniper rifle sold by Shipley. That rifle was recovered by Mexican authorities following a gunbattle between suspected narcotraffickers and the Mexican military near Chihuahua, Mexico, on March 8, 2008.
“By illegally dealing in firearms, Shipley violated the trust that the public placed in him as a law enforcement official,” said Wayne D. Beaman, Special Agent in Charge, Dallas Field Office, Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General. “The Office of the Inspector General is committed to vigorously investigating and referring for prosecution any Department of Justice law enforcement official who engages in this type of illegal conduct.”
“This investigation shows ATF's commitment into stopping the illegal trafficking of firearms that are fueling the cartel violence south of the border. Along with our associates on both sides of the border, ATF will leave no stone unturned in achieving this goal,” stated ATF Special Agent in Charge Robert Champion, Dallas Field Division.
On April 14, 2010, a federal jury convicted Shipley of one count of dealing firearms without a license, four counts of causing a firearms dealer to maintain false records and one count of making a false statement to federal authorities. Jurors found that Shipley engaged in the business of dealing in firearms from January 2005 until May 2008, while not being licensed as a federal firearms dealer. Evidence presented during trial revealed that Shipley posted firearms for sale using an Internet website more than 200 times, including multiple postings for many firearms. During that three-and-a-half-year time period, Shipley also purchased at least 54 firearms, then sold at least 51 of those firearms for more than $118,000.
Jurors also found that on four occasions between July 2007 and May 2008, Shipley provided false information on ATF forms 4473 when purchasing firearms at local gun shops stating that he was the actual buyer, when in fact, he was not.
Finally, jurors found that on March 21, 2008, Shipley provided to federal authorities a document—a Dealers’ Firearms Record Book—which Shipley claimed was his only complete and accurate listing of the firearms he bought and sold, knowing that he had another Dealers’ Firearms Record Book which contained a more extensive descriptive and accurate list of firearms he bought and sold.
Assistant United States Attorney Greg McDonald and Juanita Fielden prosecuted this case on behalf of the government.

Dallas, TX – A Dallas FBI agent has been fired after his arrest. Federal investigators say 49 year old FBI agent Carlos Ortiz Jr. was arrested at work in the Dallas office yesterday. He's charged with "threatening to assault or murder a federal law enforcement officer on account of the performance of official duty."

Ortiz was fired after an internal personnel review.
Investigators say they cannot comment further about the charge because it's a pending criminal matter.

FBI agent gets prison for DUI

FORT LAUDERDALE - In a racially divisive case, a former FBI agent was sentenced Wednesday to three months in jail for driving drunk and recklessly in a head-on collision that killed two brothers late at night on Interstate 95.
The misdemeanor conviction Nov. 25 sparked two traffic slowdowns organized by a black minister to protest David Farrall’s acquittal on the more serious felony charges of vehicular homicide and manslaughter.
The victims, half brothers Maurice Williams, 23, and Craig Chambers, 19, were black. Farrall is white, and his jury was white.

Court To Cop: We Don't Need On-Point Precedent To Deny You Immunity For Killing A Dog That Couldn't Hurt You
Legal Issues
from the Officer-Cure-of-Millhaven dept
Mon, Feb 3rd 2020 7:37pm — Tim Cushing
Cops kill dogs. And they do it at a rate even the Justice Department is concerned about it. This comes from pro-cop site PoliceOne, so if there's any bias in this article, it's for cops rather than timcushinghatescops.com.
No one keeps records on how many privately owned dogs are shot and killed each year by American law enforcement officers so there are no hard figures. But a perusal of the Web and social media will tell you it's a lot.
Laurel Matthews, a supervisory program specialist with the Department of Justice's Community Oriented Policing Services (DOJ COPS) office, says it's an awful lot. She calls fatal police vs. dogs encounters an "epidemic" and estimates that 25 to 30 pet dogs are killed each day by law enforcement officers.
If that estimate is even close to accurate, that's nearly 10,000 dogs killed by cops per year. While it's true a number of these dogs may be strays, there's no ignoring the fact that dogs make cops act like bunnies with handguns whenever they're anywhere nearby. If a dog acts like a dog around a cop (i.e., barking at someone it doesn't recognize, etc.), it has a good chance of ending up dead.
Six of eleven circuits have declared the unjustifie

The film Collapse

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFmy7_l14U8

Film Critic Roger Ebert

https://www.collapsenet.org

I have no way of assuring you that the bleak version of the future outlined by Michael Ruppert in Chris Smith's "Collapse" is accurate. I can only tell you I have a pretty good built-in B.S. detector, and its needle never bounced off zero while I watched this film. There is controversy over Ruppert, and he has many critics. But one simple fact at the center of his argument is obviously true, and it terrifies me.

https://www.rogerebert.com/reviews/collapse-2009

I don't know when I've seen a thriller more frightening. I couldn't tear my eyes from the screen. "Collapse" is even entertaining, in a macabre sense. I think you owe it to yourself to see it.

HOW THE MEDIA CONNED THE PUBLIC INTO LOVING THE FBI: BOOK REVIEW

A review of “Hoover’s FBI and the Fourth Estate: The Campaign to Control the Press and the Bureau’s Image” by Matthew Cecil, University Press of Kansas, 355 pages, $34.95
Matthew Cecil, a communications professor at Wichita State University, has resolved a conundrum that’s bedeviled me since 1970, when I was a fledgling investigative reporter.
I had just completed my first interaction with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the supposedly crackerjack national law enforcement agency. But the crackerjack part escaped me. My initial experience suggested an agency that produced inaccurate information inefficiently, failed to respect the constitutional liberties of U.S. citizens, and often resorted to intimidation and lies to get their way. Yet many of my journalistic “betters” told me I was misguided.
Smart people who think they are well informed about a subject—say, the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s

COMEY HINTS AT J EDGAR HOOVER’S BLACKMAILING OF POLITICAL LEADERS
Fired FBI Chief Dropped FBI Myth That Founder was Honest Law and Order Man

Comparing himself to murdered 12th Century Archbishop of Canterbury Thomas Becket notwithstanding, fired FBI chief James Comey has been mostly circumspect in responding to  Senate Committee inquiries about President Donald Trump and Russia.
But he did make one assertion Thursday that jolted some historically-minded viewers to the edge of their seats. It was a comment that represents a major break with the Bureau’s longstanding policy of whitewashing the troubling legacy of its founder and director for 48 years until his death in 1972, J. Edgar Hoover.
The startling answer came after Susan Collins (R-ME) queried Comey about three conversations he and Trump had in which the director purportedly assured the president he was not under FBI investigation. Comey replied in part, “I was briefing him about salacious and unverified material” — referring to independent British spook Christopher Steele’s questionable intelligence dossier.
Going on to tell Collins that he wanted to assure the president that he found the material untrustworthy, he said, “It was very important because it was, first, true [that he did not believe the document], and second, I was worried very much about being in kind of a J. Edgar Hoover-type situation. I didn’t want him thinking I was briefing him on this to sort of hang it over him in some way.”
That J. Edgar Hoover routinely blackmailed (or tried to) politicians and civic leaders has long been proven. The director’s reams of compromising information struck fear across Washington, even while his own dark secrets were protected by a pliant media; a closeted homosexual in a long-time, open relationship with his second in command, Clyde Tolson, Hoover was also indebted to the mob for the numerous financial favors they showered him with.
Despite his well-documented malfeasance, the mainstream media makes periodic attempts to rehabilitate Hoover’s reputation.
But, at least as far as how the Bureau presents Hoover to the public, it has not deviated from purveying the well-scrubbed PR-driven

Protecting yourself from Covid-19/ Nass' recommendations

The new coronavirus spreads readily, like flu or cold viruses, but is much more likely to affect family members of someone already infected than others.  We Americans are not very good at protecting ourselves from cold and flu viruses.  Maybe we can learn some strategies that will help us avoid Covid-19, as well as helping to protect us from future respiratory viruses.

How does Covid spread?

1.  From coughing/sneezing and, less likely, even from someone breathing.  Large droplets from a cough travel up to 3 feet, while smaller droplets can travel up to 6 feet.  Staying more than 6 feet away from others offers pretty good protection.  Keeping the door closed when someone has the virus adds protection for others.  [CDC says stay 6' away and WHO says 3', fyi]

2.  Those droplets then land on all objects within range.  The virus can live more than a week on certain surfaces if left undisturbed.  When you touch those objects, which in medical jargon are called fomites, you have picked up the virus on your hand.

3.  Covid has also been found in urine and stool.  When you use a urinal or flush a toilet you may aerosolize some live virus.  Perhaps those who have Covid should put toilet seats down when they flush, and males should consider urinating while seated.  Keep bathroom surfaces very clean; use gloves when you wash them if possible.  Then wash your hands with soap and water after removing gloves.

We talked about where you can find Covid.  But how do you actually get it?

You touch your eyes, nose, mouth (possibly other mucus membranes) with an infected hand, or you inhale the virus.  Inhaling is thought to be the #1 source of infection. Handwashing as much as possible, and always when you first arrive home, is the best protection.  I worry about cuts on hands, especially from so much handwashing.  Feel free to use moisturizers to prevent cracking.

Where might Covid be lurking?

It may be on anything anyone touches.  Whenever you open a door, pick up an item in the grocery, use a phone or keyboard that you share, you could pick up Covid or another virus.

So what is the solution?

You need to be in the habit of being in control of your hands.  Start practicing this technique right now, and don't stop till this outbreak is over.  DO NOT touch your face with your hands, unless you have just washed them.  Do less touching of your face, in general.  Maybe you can use a tissue, not a finger.

Barriers

Viruses and bacteria cannot pass through plastic.  They can pass through paper, but it is not easy for them.  Use barrier materials to open door knobs, pick up items in the grocery, etc.  This will reduce your exposure.  Wash hands once you return home.

What cleaning agents are effective at decontaminating Covid?

What CDC and EPA have done is to allow manufacturers to certify their own products as being effective for Covid-19.  No federal agencies, nor WHO or the British National Health Service discuss the results of environmental testing of Covid-19 on the infection control sections of their websites. Thus we do not know how long Covid-19 survives on various surfaces.  Nor do we know from any official testing which chemical decontaminants are effective. This is a big problem I will describe further, below. For the moment, all we have is a list of self-certified cleaning products, about which the EPA states, "Inclusion on this list does not constitute an endorsement by EPA." Here is the current list of manufacturer-certified products:

https://www.epa.gov/sites/production/fi ... 3-2020.pdf

For most uses, 70% alcohol rub and diluted bleach (1/3 cup in a gallon of water, or 1000 ppm chlorine) are CDC-recommended.  The longer disinfectants stay wet on a surface, the better job they do.  So allow them to dry in place.

Cleaning agents related to benzalkonium chloride (quaternary ammonium compounds), or lower concentrations of alcohol and bleach, are thought to be ineffective.  Surfaces must be cleaned of visible dirt before disinfectants are used, because dirt, food, blood, etc. can inactivate the disinfectant and allow virus to persist, if not cleaned up first.

What did we learn from the 2003 SARS outbreak?

One group of French researchers studied SARS coronavirus viability on surfaces, and methods of decontamination.  They found that it took 5 weeks for the SARS virus, when dried on a clean glass petri dish, to lose viability.  They wrote:

https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10 ... 0701200206)

"In our hands, the human SARS-Coronavirus is the most resistant enveloped virus ever described. It takes 35 to 42 days to inactivate the virus by drying, and formaldehyde fumigation has no effect on the dried virus. This means that existing decontamination strategies cannot be extrapolated to emerging viruses and that the conditions for decontamination should be determined specifically for each new virus."

Are our public health agencies afraid to frighten us once again, and thus their silence on this issue of importance?  Or are they too incompetent to perform the necessary testing?

Also, be aware that the French authors used a higher concentration of sodium hypochlorite, 6400ppm, or about 6 times as concentrated a solution of bleach as what CDC recommends. They did not test other concentrations.

Masks

Masks should be placed on ill persons so they don’t expel droplets of virus any further than the mask.  Their masks are contaminated but protect others.  Healthcare workers wear N95 HEPA masks with a tight fit to screen out 95% of virus they might breath in while caring for affected patients.

Will a surgical/dust mask help you?  Probably a little, but it will get contaminated and could be more of a hazard than help at that point.  Who has boxes of masks?

The Chinese often use clear visors that cover their faces—what a good idea!  An easy to clean, reusable surface to cover your eyes, nose and mouth.  And you don't feel like you are suffocating when you wear one.  Consider this method of protection.

Remember, when we run out of gloves, plastic sheeting material can still be used as barrier protections where needed.  Duct tape and a plastic bag gives you a mitten that can protect you when you go shopping, if things get hairy.

Sheltering inside

Buy dry goods and canned goods and have enough food for a month, just in case.  Make sure you have adequate cleaning supplies, paper goods and plastic products to get you through this. Buy very gentle bars of soap and moisturizer, download some movies, buy a scrabble set, and be prepared for cabin fever.

Laundering--you should use warm to hot water and a hot dryer to kill virus.

Good WHO guidelines are here:

'Don't be a sheep': Sheriffs rebel against new statewide mask requirements

Essay:  Uncivil Commitment by Judith Levine and Erica R. Meiners
People who commit sexual harm have commonly experienced trauma as children or adults. Like most of us at some point in our lives, they could use therapy. But civil commitment is prison, and incarceration is psychologically destructive; indefinite detention borders on psychological torture—the opposite of therapy. Furthermore, the “treatment” arm of the sex offense legal regime asks us all to collaborate, recruiting the public, helping professions, schools, religious institutions, and even families to police the state’s boundaries between sexual normalcy and deviance. The radical approach to civil commitment is to stop thinking of sexual violence as a sociopathology from which the community must be safeguarded, and to turn instead to social and environmental approaches that engage the community in helping people who have done harm to live nonviolent lives.   The Levine and Meiners essay is attached as a PDF file.

The Feminist and the Sex Offender
Confronting Sexual Harm, Ending State Violence

By Judith Levine and Erica R. Meiners

Description:  In the era of #MeToo and mass incarceration, The Feminist and the Sex Offender makes a powerful feminist case for accountability without punishment and sexual safety and pleasure without injustice.  With analytical clarity and narrative force, Levine and Meiner’s book contends with two problems that are typically siloed in the era of #MeToo and mass incarceration: sexual and gender violence, on the one hand, and the state’s unjust, ineffective, and soul-destroying response to it on the other. Is it possible to confront the culture of abuse? Is it possible to hold harm-doers accountable without recourse to a criminal justice system that redoubles injuries, fails survivors, and retrenches the conditions that made such abuse possible?

Drawing on interviews, extensive research, reportage, and history, The Feminist and the Sex Offender develops an intersectional feminist approach to ending sexual violence. It maps with considerable detail the unjust sex offender regime while highlighting the alternatives we urgently need.

Instructors at DEA Training Academy Accused of Racial Discrimination

Instructors at the DEA’s Training Academy have come under scrutiny following a rash of recent complaints about racial discrimination,
In one case, an instructor is accused of calling a Black recruit a “monkey” and taunting others by making “monkey noises” on a loud speaker at the firing range.
“We were like, ‘It’s 2019. That shouldn’t even be a thing that we’re dealing with,'” Derek Moise, a white trainee, said. “Everybody knows what those sounds and noises stand for.”
The complaints come as the DEA struggles to diversify its ranks.

A Short History of Election Fraud
By Daniel Hopsicker - November 15, 20203282
AN OPEN MEMO TO SEAN HANNITY

It’s not like I’m not sympathetic to the notion that elections can be stolen. It’s just that the people talking about it are such @#$!%&! parvenus.

All week on FOX Sean Hannity said he just wanted to see an honest election where every vote gets counted. Sounds reasonable.

Except, Sean, respectfully: why start now?

Election fraud is like herpes. It’s been around a long time.

Allegations of election fraud have been around forever. Election rigging is an open secret: Everybody knows about it. Donald Trump has been holding it as a trump card since last Spring. Even you know about it, Sean. I mean, you’ve been around, right? This isn’t your first rodeo.

Election companies like Dominion Voting Systems have been steeped in graft, scandal and corruption since Dwight David Eisenhower was in knee pants.

Most people like to think their sacred vote is being cast and tabulated under the watchful eye of guys in white lab coats with pocket protectors.

Some of us—maybe you and me, Sean— understand it’s not really like that. We can face things straight up.

I mean, you’re not—perish the thought—like Chuck @#$!%&! Todd, are you? At least you don’t have those ridiculous hair plugs that look like they trying to wriggle their way off his scalp.

NBC Political Director Todd made it perfectly clear in 2016 that he doesn’t give a rat’s @#$ who owns the companies that counted the votes, as long as they were mostly for Hillary. But that’s another story.

So, Sean, let me help you redeem the American mainstream media. Because I could use a little revenge. So I’m going to give you the shot. What you do with it is totally on you. Who knows? Something may come of it.

Because when it comes to election fraud, I have the same goal Gary Webb did about CIA drug trafficking. He told me that he just wanted to able to say that he’d helped to drag the dead body out from underneath the bed just a few more inches.

Take my word for it. You need the help! Because Rudy Guiliani has already lost sight of the reservation he wasn’t really on to begin with.

OMG Rudy! Who told you about SMARTMATIC?

Did somebody call “Bring Out Your Dead?”

Giuliani just tweeted, “Look up SMARTMATIC and tweet me what you think? It will all come out.”

And then when I turned on FOX there was some batshit crazy woman lawyer—you know the one I’m talking about, Sean? And she was dishing about the long-range plans by Hugo Chavez and Dominion Voting Systems to subvert democracy in America!

Sean, I hate to tell you, but…Hugo Chavez is already dead. Still dead, just like Franco.

So even if he was a Communist, there’s no need to go kill him again.

Besides, when I tell you the real story of SMARTMATIC, which is vastly more entertaining than anything you’ll hear from Rudy, you won’t go down that ridiculous dry hole.

No vote fraud? Be of good cheer! There’s election fraud.

But first things first: There’s no such thing as voter fraud. Maybe a handful of amateurs. Because the retail worth of voter fraud, with 150 million people casting ballots is NADA. But don’t be discouraged. Because there is plenty of election fraud. Wholesale fraud is pretty lucrative.

The quick skinny on Dominion

I know a thing or two about the company you’re interested in, Sean: Dominion Voting Systems.

Two days before the Democratic primary in California in 2016, I wrote, “If the 2016 Democratic primary in California is rigged, it’s ‘‘the boys’ from one company—Sequoia Pacific nee Dominion Voting Systems–who’ll be charged with making it happen.”

The headline was “CALIFORNIA SIGALERT!”

“Be on lookout for late-model black SUV with illegally-tinted windows, and a million votes tied up in the trunk.”

So here’s the quick skinny: Founded in 2003 in Toronto, Dominion Voting Systems is privately owned. Meaning… it’s basically none of your business.

If pressed, Dominion will grudgingly tell you the company is managed by its management team (natch!), and owned by a New York-based private equity firm called Staple Street Capital Management.

In addition to Dominion, State Street own Six Flags, a self-storage company, an after-market electronic equipment company, and an essential oils manufacturer.

But there’s no need to worry about Staple Street Capital. Dominion is just “parked” there, in their blandly safe and anonymous hands.

I hope you weren’t expecting to discover Dominion’s true owner was really a company called Lucifer Holdings LLC. The last time an election company got caught with its hand in that particular “inconvenient owner” cookie jar was in 2004.

The presidential election that year was decided in Ohio, whose votes were counted by Diebold Industries, which just happened to be owned at the time by some ever-so-slightly-too-enthusiastic supporters of President George W. Bush.

It left a bad taste. So, what happened? Well, it’s curious. Maybe just a coincidence? Or maybe it’s just one of those things.

Because a few years later, a previously unknown private company in Toronto—Dominion Voting Systems, that’s your company, right, Sean?—stepped in and bought Sequoia Voting Systems. Incidentally, the company claims to be the oldest American election company, founded in 1898 in Jamestown, New York.

But because this is a “short history” of election fraud, I’ll try not to dwell on the company’s completely sordid past.

But it fills volumes.

But wait! There’s more!

Shortly after the Diebold acquisition, Dominion Voting Systems bought the assets of America’s third largest election company, Diebold in Ohio. George W Bush’s big backers back in 2004.

Wow. Dominion Voting Systems now owned the two dirtiest election companies in America. They’d stepped in the $#!% big-time. It’s almost like they did it on purpose.

Do you know what that means, Sean?

It means that America’s biggest election company, E S & S, Election Service & Software, of Omaha Nebraska—which has temporarily been keeping its nose clean—is perfectly positioned to step in and play the white knight.

And believe me: E S & S is anything but a white knight.

E S & S is about to pick up Dominion’s biggest customers and juiciest contracts. Then the government—meaning, usually, the individual secretaries of state—will be able to say, “Boy we sure blew that election! But did I clean house? Gimme four more years!”

See, what election services companies do—besides every so often fitfully count votes—is distribute the graft. Executives and managers from the largest American election service companies have been convicted of bribery and suborning public officials in more than a dozen states. There’s not an election company out there that hasn’t been convicted of enough felonies to make the most hardened criminal blush.

But, convicted felons, take heart! While a felony conviction may be enough to disqualify you from voting in places like Florida…Even multiple felony convictions in no way disqualifies you from counting the votes.

Is this a great country, or what!

A word is born

If it turns out there’s some kind of “cover-up” of the true ownership of Dominion Voting Systems, it would be pretty ironic.

That’s because the very word “cover-up” was first coined in a conversation involving a previous owner of Sequoia Pacific/Dominion Voting. His name was Louis Wolfson, and he was a convicted felon.

According to now-deceased New York Times wordsmith William Safire, the word “cover-up” was first used in a conversation between Wolfson and a man he’d been bribing, which, remember, is a key function of election companies, along with, you know, counting votes.

Felon Louis Wolfson didn’t coin the term. Instead, it was the man he’d been bribing who invented it, presumably at the instant of need, as he was getting pretty desperate.

His name was Abe Fortas, and he was a Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

But not for long. Fortas became the first Supreme Court Justice ever removed from the Court, convicted of taking bribes, because the man he was talking with, Wolfson, was wearing a wire.

At the time, Wolfson was— in criminal parlance— trying to ‘work off a beef.’

And this is where I came in

Thirty years later, Louis Wolfson’s company, now called Sequoia Pacific, was responsible for the Great Florida Vote Snafu. Remember hanging chad? These are those guys.

If FOX viewers today… knew that the election company counting a lot of their votes—Dominion Voting Systems—caused the Florida Vote Snafu in 2000, would viewers have less confidence in American elections?

Maybe. But remember that Sequoia Pacific/Dominion Voting Systems hanging chad put Republican George W. Bush in the White House. Waiting till your boy has lost before complaining about it smacks of rank hypocrisy.

The Big Fix 2000: Watch it on Amazon Prime

Twenty years ago I did a documentary called “The Big Fix 2000” on a subject that had never been covered before. Instead of profiling ways election machines can be hacked—there were already plenty of documentaries about that—I decided to investigate the ownership of the two companies that—then and now—dominate the American election industry.

I traveled to Ireland to find the man whose election company made George W Bush America’s president.

His name was Dr. Michael Smurfit, Ireland’s richest multimillionaire. He got his start as a bagman for David Rockefeller, an Irish private detective told me. And he hung out at racetracks in Switzerland with Zurich currency speculators.

Election companies are owned by New Jersey Mobsters, by international gamblers, Zurich currency manipulators, Bahamian resort owners, and supra-national financiers.

Their companies have untraceable shareholders, and numbered bank accounts in Switzerland and the Channel Islands. Their corporate documents are often signed by fictitious nominees. And they are routinely involved in systemic bribery of public officials, like the Prime Minister of Ireland.

You’ve probably figured out that this is a ‘problem” that won’t get fixed anytime soon. And you’d be right.

Hey Rudy: “A little knowledge is a dangerous thing”

Finally, that company Rudy Guiliani is going on about? SMARTMATIC?

Back in 2006, the U.S. government began an investigation of SMARTMATIC— which had been linked to the leftist government of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez—because they’d just bought Sequoia Pacific, a company which moves around a lot.

An American Congresswoman called into question the national security implications involved in the sale of an American election services company to a Venezuelan software firm, SMARTMATIC.

Of course, it wasn’t really Venezuelan. Not exactly, anyway…

SMARTMATIC was actually owned by a trust in Amsterdam. Not exactly, though…

Because the trust in Amsterdam was itself owned…by a company in the Netherlands Antilles, but not exactly…

Because the company in the Netherland Antilles was owned by a private foundation in Geneva, Switzerland.

In America’s hugely compromised election industry, this is business as usual. Yet somehow this fact completely escapes scrutiny every four years.in the mainstream media, except for that brief brouhaha beca

Can employers mandate Covid vaccinations?

The 2 Covid vaccines currently available in the US are experimental unlicensed products. As such, they cannot be mandated.  The Nuremberg Code and subsequent laws guarantee your right to choose whether to be an experimental subject.  Although it may advantage some entities to have you think otherwise, an experimental product is an experimental product. These vaccines have not been approved by the FDA, they are unlicensed, and so they are experimental. And therefore you cannot be forced to be injected with an experimental product.
The vaccines were "authorized" under emergency laws that require limited data.  The Johnson and Johnson vaccine will be coming up for a similar authorization, not a license, this coming week.  Once authorized, it too will be an experimental

'You can't surveil our souls': Sadie Barnette reclaims her dad's story from the FBI

Barnette’s new exhibition, “Legacy & Legend,” which jumps between the Benton Museum of Art at Pomona College and Pitzer College Art Galleries, centers on the life of her father, Rodney — specifically, how he was terrorized, surveilled, intimidated and nearly killed by the FBI and Cointelpro because of his activism with the Black Panthers, Angela Davis and other organizations. In a series of large, 60-by-48-inch drawings that re-create a dossier compiled by the FBI — a sprawling, 500-page document filled with obvious untruth

WaPo acknowledges while obscuring CDC's "data problems". This was a race to vaccinate everyone before they found out the vaccine didn't work anymore. That is why CDC fudged its count of breakthrough cases.

As I have pointed out before, federal employees at CDC and elsewhere are not academics whose career rises and falls on their publications.  They are civil servants whose job is to protect the public health, not game the data. Let's look at some excerpts:

There is a long history of elected officials being spied on by US intelligence and there are indications it is going on today
David Sirota – When I asked U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) if the NSA was keeping files on his colleagues, he recounted a meeting between NSA officials and lawmakers in the lead-up to a closely contested House vote to better regulate the agency:

“One of my colleagues asked the NSA point blank will you give me a copy of my own record and the NSA said no, we won’t. They didn’t say no we don’t have one. They said no we won’t. So that’s possible.”

Deep State and the FBI – Federal Blackmail Investigation

Finian Cunningham

February 20, 2018

It’s hilariously naive how mainstream American news media feign an air of disdain concerning accusations of impropriety by the Federal Bureau of Investigation during the last presidential elections.
Allegations that senior ranks of the FBI were involved in “dirty tricks” to fix the 2016 presidential vote in favor of Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton – potentially highly criminal conduct – are treated as if such allegations are scurrilous distractions thrown up by the Trump White House or Republican supporters.
When President Donald Trump has alluded to FBI collusion with the previous Obama Democrat administration to destroy his election campaign, or when Republican congressmen released a secret memo earlier this month also suggesting Deep State dirty tricks, there were gasps of disdain among major news media. Outlets like the New York Times and CNN affected a sanctimonious air that such allegations were contemptible slurs against the honor of the Feds – the nation’s top law-enforcement agency.
“Don’t dare impugn the reputation of our law officers,” is the attitude. Former FBI director James Comey – who was fired by Trump – is held up as a paragon of civic duty and squeaky-clean conduct. So too is Robert Mueller, a previous FBI chief who is carrying out a probe

Would you buy a used car from these esteemed public health experts?

 1.  President-elect Joe Biden says Americans won't be forced to take a coronavirus vaccine when one becomes available in the US.  Dec 5, 2020.

2.  Vaccine Mandates Are Lawful, Effective and Based on Rock-Solid Science August 5, 2021.
Clear legal pathways exist to move the U.S. closer to herd immunity
Lawrence O Gostin (who CDC hired to draft the MEHPA (Model Emergency Health Powers Act) 20 years ago, upon which most of the emergency regs now in effect are based, gets to opine on his unconstitutional bill's provisions now.
"The federal government, however, has limited power to mandate vaccines. It can only require them to prevent transmission of a dangerous infectious disease across state lines or international borders. The federal government has never sought to require nationwide vaccinations, and the courts probably would not allow it. To date, all state government mandates have been for fully approved vaccines. Thus, it is likely cities and states would wait to mandate COVID-19 vaccines until they are fully licensed. But when governments act as employers, they would be in a similar legal position as businesses. Thus, federal and state worker COVID-19 vaccine mandates are fully lawful even under an EUA…"
It must be a big ego boost to write totalitarian laws, and then announce to world how they must be followed.  Some people get a real kick having power over others.  Attorney LOG seems like one of them.
3.  CDC Director "What our vaccines can't do any more is prevent transmission”
So, you won't have to take the Covid vaccines...that is, until they are manufactured.  They we will try to slowly pick off all members of society, using gifts, lotteries, cajoling, coercion, loss of livelihood, jail... The vaccines don't work well, so you will have to keep taking more.  Meanwhile, the government will continue its devil-may-care "regulation" of the products. Andrew we know the vaccines don't prevent spread, which is all the more reason to get them, to show fealty to the system by accepting a vaccine likely to do more harm than good.

I wrote this for a rally on Saturday in Portland, Maine, which I had to miss

To Healthcare Workers who have been told by the state health department to get a Covid-19 vaccine or lose their ability to work:
1.  The Emergency Use Authorization law, issued to allow unlicensed Covid vaccines to be given, includes 2 important requirements:
a) the right to refuse and
b) that there be no alternative, available and approved product.
Both of these requirements are being ignored. In order to ignore them, illegal actions on the part of multiple federal and state agencies suppressed the use of the chloroquine drugs (first), and later ivermectin too.  Crimes were committed by these government agencies to stop us from learning about, and using these life-saving drugs.
According to previous judicial decisions, the FDA has infinite “discretion”—which means it can do anything it wants, evide

Big White Lie: The CIA and the Cocaine/Crack Epidemic
M Levine;

This book, written by a former undercover agent working for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), charges that the Central Intelligence Agency and other U.S. Federal agencies are perpetuating the scourge of drugs on American streets while they profess to be fighting the war on drugs.
Abstract
The author contends that this account is based on real incidents, conversations, and events reconstructed from tapes, personal diaries, court transcripts, and interviews. His principal arguments are that the CIA has perverted the American criminal justice system by protecting drug dealers and murderers from prosecution; that Federal judges and prosecutors alleged to have broken narcotics laws have been protected from investigation; that the government of Bolivia and South American drug cartel leaders have been assisted and even paid by the CIA. Finally, the author maintains that without CIA support, South American cartels and the epidemic of cocaine and crack use in the U.S. would never have occurred.

The Politics of Heroin: CIA Complicity in the Global Drug Trade

Alfred W. McCoy. The Politics of Heroin: CIA Complicity in the Global Drug Trade. New York: Lawrence Hill Books, 2003.
The first book to prove CIA and U.S. government complicity in global drug trafficking, The Politics of Heroin includes meticulous documentation of dishonesty and dirty dealings at the highest levels from the Cold War until today. Maintaining a global perspective, this groundbreaking study details the mechanics of drug trafficking in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and South and Central America. New chapters detail U.S. involvement in the narcotics trade in Afghanistan and Pakistan before and after the fall of the Taliban, and how U.S. drug policy in Central America and Colombia has increased the global supply of illicit drugs.

Half of Murder Cases Were Unsolved in 2020
By TCR Staff | October 8, 2021

The latest load of unsolved murders has added to the accumulating number of “cold cases” languishing in precincts around the country. At the end of 2019, the number of unsolved homicides in the U.S. exceeded 269,205 cases, James M. Adcock, founder of the Mid-South Cold Case Initiative, wrote earlier this year in The Crime Report.

The BMJ Editor-in-Chief, Fiona Godlee, knew exactly what was going to happen with the vaccines 4 months before a single one was authorized. How did she know?/BMJ

This is amazing.  BMJ Editor Godlee knew in August 2020, when the phase 3 vaccine trials were just getting started, that the vaccines:
a) would not be very effective
b) would likely just decrease severity of illness and not prevent infection
c) might become a suboptimal, chronic treatment, and
d) might change the definition of what we consider a vaccine to be
How did she know this?  I imagine she knew it from a whistleblower or two or ten.  The public certainly didn't know it.  If she knew it Fauci knew it, along with his Corona Task Force of useful idiots.
Update March 8:  Peter Hotez also knew, in November 2020, the vaccine would not prevent spread and would only reduce severity:
Why didn’t the people know this????  Who sent them the memo???
https://www.medpagetoday.com/infectious ... id19/89512

"Peter Hotez, MD, PhD, of Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, observed that for the next few months, producing vaccines for the American population will be problematic, so it won't be an issue in this country for a while.
"Even as the first vaccines become more widely available they may be only partially protective to reduce severity of illness and won't stop transmission anyway so we won't need to pay people for that purpose," he told MedPage Today. "So I don't foresee a reason to pay anyone to get vaccinated against COVID-19."'

"Few can doubt that we need a vaccine for covid-19 as soon as possible, and great strides are being made, including in our understanding of the immunology of SARS-CoV-2.1 But what damage may result from the race to create one? The World Health Organization has produced guidance on minimum characteristics for a vaccine, including 50% efficacy, temperature stability, potential for rapid scale-up, and proper evaluation against comparators. But, writes Els Torreele, these basic requirements are being rapidly eroded by the prevailing view that anything is better than nothing.2 So instead we are heading for vaccines that reduce severity of illness rather than protect against infection, provide only short lived immunity, and will at best have been trialled by the manufacturer against placebo. As well as damaging public confidence and wasting global resources by distributing a poorly effective vaccine, this could change what we understand a vaccine to be. Instead of long term, effective disease prevention it could become a suboptimal chronic treatment. This would be good for business but bad for global public health."

The CIA and CFR have sketched a roadmap of how to get to the "new normal" without giving up the pandemic mindset, it seems/ STAT

Public health experts sketch a roadmap to get from the Covid pandemic to the ‘next normal’
https://www.statnews.com/2022/03/07/exp ... xt-normal/
"A new report released Monday charts a path for the transition out of the Covid-19 pandemic, one that outlines both how the country can deal with the challenge of endemic Covid disease and how to prepare for future biosecurity threats.
The report plots a course to what its authors call the “next normal” — living with the SARS-CoV-2 virus as a continuing threat that needs to be managed. Doing so will require improvements on a number of fronts, from better surveillance for Covid and other pathogens to keeping tabs on how taxed hospitals are; and from efforts to address the air quality in buildings to continued investment in antiviral drugs and better vaccines. The authors also call for offering people sick with respiratory symptoms easy access to testing and, if they are positive for Covid or influenza, a quick prescription for the relevant antiviral drug.
The 136-page report was written by nearly two dozen experts, a number of whom have advised the Biden administration on its Covid-19 policies. Thirty other experts contributed to the report, entitled “Getting to and Sustaining the Next Normal: A Roadmap to Living with Covid.”
“It’s an attempt to have a more disciplined approach to dealing with this crisis, providing a vision for what ‘next’ might look like,” said Luciana Borio, one of the authors and a senior fellow for global health at the Council on Foreign Relations (and a top person at the CIA's InQTel--Nass).
Its publication comes at a critical time, when the combination of declining case counts, deep-seated Covid fatigue, and a dangerous and unprovoked war instigated by a nuclear power threaten to push control of the virus and planning for future pandemics to the far back burner.
“I do think it’s a worry,” Ezekiel Emanuel, vice provost of global initiatives at the University of Pennsylvania and another of the authors, said of the risk that Russia’s attack on Ukraine will drain attention and funding from the Covid response. “And part of the reason to lay this out is to emphasize that that would be a huge mistake, and a really, really serious flaw.”
The report suggests the U.S. response to Covid-19 should transition from one directed solely at this single disease to one where prevention, mitigation, and treatment efforts are focused on Covid as one of a number of respiratory viruses, including influenza.
The authors sketch out three scenarios the country may face in the near future with Covid-19 — one optimistic, one pessimistic, and the third midway between the two. Which will come to pass will depend on how well immunity to the SARS-2 virus — immunity acquired through vaccination or infection — holds up and whether mutations to the virus make it more infectious and/or more lethal.
In the optimistic scenario, where immunity holds up and the virus doesn’t evolve to trigger more severe disease, it’s possible that annual Covid deaths could be kept to between 15,000 and 30,000, the experts predict. At the other end of the scale, if a more virulent variant emerges and immunity wanes — leading to a substantially higher attack rate in a given year — the death toll could be nearly 10 times that of the optimistic scenario, they warn. In the intermediate scenario, they estimate that between 30,000 and 100,000 people could die from Covid annually.
The group suggests the country should aim to keep the annual death toll from respiratory infections like Covid, flu, and respiratory syncytial virus to about 60,000 a year — roughly the number of deaths that influenza causes in a bad flu season.
Can one add Covid — currently the worst of the respiratory pathogens — to the existing mix and still keep deaths to that pre-pandemic worse-case level? Emanuel said improvements the group is calling for — things like better indoor air quality — will help to reduce the toll of influenza and other flu-like illnesses as well as Covid.
“We’re not going to normal 2019,” he noted. “There are things that are going to be better. Our surveillance system better be better. Our indoor air quality system better be better. Our willingness to put up with [for] short periods of time — and around certain vulnerable populations — having special public health precautions. All of that should make a big difference in the mortality.”
A key piece of the puzzle that needs to be addressed is the quality of indoor air, Borio insisted. “In a way, it’s a little bit like training for a long marathon. You have to start somewhere. And we should start. We shouldn’t just put this in a it’s-too-hard box, because it really isn’t.”
She too fears that as the pandemic appears to be easing, attention will wane on efforts to better prepare the country to deal with the ongoing challenge of Covid and to be ready for the next infectious-disease crisis.
“It’s one thing for a private citizen to move on and decide they’re going to travel and enjoy their summer,” Borio said. “But the government can’t do the same. The government has to still continue to monitor for emergent variants and continue developing the important vaccines and therapeutics.”'

The surgeon general calls on Big Tech to turn over Covid-19 misinformation data/ NY Times

This is truly frightening.  Misinformation (to be controlled via tech companies) is being treated as a crime, though never defined.  A bill has been introduced to give the tech companies cover to censor and turn over private data to government.  In other words, Congress may 'legalize' censorship and criminalize first amendment rights to freedom of speech.

U.S. Senators Ben Ray Luján (D-NM) and Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), both members of the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, on Wednesday introduced legislation to counter the threat that misinformation and disinformation pose to public health as evidenced by the widespread false narratives throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The Promoting Public Health Information Act would support efforts across the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and with outside stakeholders to communicate effectively during a public health emergency and address health misinformation.
Here is what Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) had to say about the bill:

“Throughout this pandemic, the impact of misinformation has been devastating. Rumors and conspiracy theories about the efficacy of masking or the safety of vaccines still run rampant on social media and have caused thousands of deaths that could have been prevented. This legislation will help us get smart about how to tackle misinformation and effectively promote science-based health information, especially as we continue fighting COVID-19 and prepare for future public health emergencies.”

The feds are asking for detailed information about the demographics 'exposed to misinformation.'  You know that obtaining the names of who is reading what is their next step.
Furthermore, read the last paragraph in the NY Times article below, closely.  The feds want citizens to start 'sharing' information on misinformation.  Isn't that sweet?  This is how they dress up the Stasi in 21st century euphemism to encourage ratting out your friends and neighbors.  Please share with the feds.  They care what you think.
Really?  All they want is the names. You caught that, right?
https://www.nytimes.com/2022/03/03/tech ... ation.html
Dr. Vivek Murthy also demanded information from the platforms about the major sources of Covid-19 misinformation. Companies have until May 2 to submit the data.
President Biden’s surgeon general on Thursday formally requested that the major tech platforms submit information about the scale of Covid-19 misinformation on social networks, search engines, crowdsourced platforms, e-commerce platforms and instant messaging systems.
A request for information from the surgeon general’s office demanded that tech platforms send data and analysis on the prevalence of Covid-19 misinformation on their sites, starting with common examples of vaccine misinformation documented by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The notice asks the companies to submit “exactly how many users saw or may have been exposed to instances of Covid-19 misinformation,” as well as aggregate data on demographics that may have been disproportionately exposed to or affected by the misinformation.
The surgeon general, Dr. Vivek Murthy, also demanded information from the platforms about the major sources of Covid-19 misinformation, including those that engaged in the sale of unproven Covid-19 products, service

Re: What does the smart criminal justice consumer do?

Post by msfreeh »

Earlier this month, a federal judge in Virginia ruled that the use of “geo-fence warrants" - an increasingly popular tactic employed by law enforcement agencies around the country since at least 2016 - violated the protections guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment.
But what exactly is a geo-fence warrant?
It’s a warrant that allows the police to ask companies like Google what devices are in a specified area. Let’s say you were hiding a body last night. Or you were at the Burger King across the street from where someone was hiding the body. Your approximate location would be fair game – and even grounds for the initial suspicion to begin with – because the data police obtain often sweep up dozens of nearby devices, not just the one needle in the proverbial haystack they might be looking for.
That's why Congress needs to end this dangerous dragnet policy now!
The judge in Virginia even stated in the court’s decision that people don’t “forfeit the protections of the Fourth Amendment for years of precise location information by selecting ‘YES, I’M IN’ at midnight while setting up Google Assistant.” And yet, that’s exactly what’s happening through the use of geo-fence warrants.
But here's the worst part: the use of geo-fence warrants has grown exponentially in the last 6 years, according to Google itself. Google reported that it had received 982 geo-fence warrants in 2018, 8,396 in 2019, and a staggering 11,554 in 2020. And while Google receives the bulk of these requests, other location data-gathering companies like the aforementioned Uber, Lyft, Apple, and more have also received the same “requests.”
Congress needs to ban the use of geo-fence warrants to protect the Fourth Amendment protections of all Americans. Will you take action & tell your Representative to oppose the use of geo-fence warrants?

According To A Newly Publicized Internal Audit, FBI Agents Violated Agency Rules At Least 747 Times In 18 Months While Conducting Investigations Involving Political Candidates, Public Officials, Religious And Political Groups, And Other Sensitive Matters
WASHINGTON – U.S. Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL), Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, today requested information and an independent Inspector General review following a newly publicized 2019 Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) audit that revealed widespread violations of internal FBI policies governing investigations of political candidates, public officials, religious and political groups, and other sensitive matters.  As reported by The Washington Times, the internal review revealed a ratio of slightly more than two rule violations per sensitive investigative matter reviewed by FBI auditors—including agents’ failure to obtain approval from senior FBI officials to start an investigation, failure to conduct a necessary legal review before opening an investigation, and failure to tell prosecutors what they were doing.  In light of these new revelations, the Senators sent a letter to FBI Director Chris Wray to seek more information on the 2019 audit, as well as a letter to the Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) to request an independent review of the FBI’s widespread violations of its Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide (DIOG).

In the letter to FBI Director Wray, the Senators requested an unredacted copy of the 2019 audit and a detailed explanation of what remedial steps, if any, the FBI has taken in response to its findings.

“These widespread and apparently systemic violations of approval and notification requirements make clear that the FBI has failed to rigorously adhere to the DIOG,” Durbin and Grassley wrote.  “The sheer number of FBI investigations that failed to comply with the DIOG’s rules suggests a pattern and practice of evading the rules, which consequently opens the door for political and other improper considerations to infect the investigative decision-making process.”

Last July, FDA's examination of the Medicare database revealed an excess of heart attacks, pulmonary emboli, and two bleeding disorders post Pfizer vaccination.

An AEI is an adverse event of special interest, in other words, one that FDA has already determined it should be seeking.  Here is what the FDA posted about it:

... near real-time surveillance detected four potential AEIs in the Medicare healthcare claims database of persons aged 65 years and older who had received the Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. The four potential AEI are pulmonary embolism, acute myocardial infarction, immune thrombocytopenia, and disseminated intravascular coagulation. The screening methods have not identified these AEI after vaccination in persons 65 years and older who received the two other authorized COVID-19 vaccines...

FDA strongly believes that the known and potential benefits of COVID-19 vaccination greatly outweigh the known and potential risks of COVID-19. There is no need to delay vaccination while the FDA continues its investigation.

FDA said they did not find this "signal" for the other COVID vaccines, nor did they find it in databases of (mostly) younger people.  There is no followup information on the site, despite 8 months having passed since the concern was posted.
Did you hear FDA warn about possible risks of heart attacks and blood clots in the lungs from the shots?  I didn't either.  But the VAERS data suggests there are two of the life-threatening events that seem to happen a lot more often after COVID vaccination.
Why were so many (15) vaccinated players unable to complete their matches at the Miami Tennis Open?

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Canadian government knew in 2005 that chloroquine was almost certain to be effective against SARS (beta) Coronaviruses.  Five CDC scientists and 3 Canadian scientists told the world about it in 2005 in a popular medical journal.  In 2020 they failed to tell you, and our governments restricted its use.

Background: Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is caused by a newly discovered coronavirus (SARS-CoV). No effective prophylactic or post-exposure therapy is currently available.

Results: We report, however, that chloroquine has strong antiviral effects on SARS-CoV infection of primate cells...

Conclusion: Chloroquine is effective in preventing the spread of SARS CoV in cell culture...

The infectivity of coronaviruses other than SARS-CoV are also affected by chloroquine, as exemplified by the human CoV-229E [15]. The inhibitory effects observed on SARS-CoV infectivity and cell spread occurred in the presence of 1–10 μM chloroquine, which are plasma concentrations achievable during the prophylaxis and treatment of malaria (varying from 1.6–12.5 μM) [26] and hence are well tolerated by patients...

The San Diego Police Department is budgeted for 2,036 sworn officers for the current fiscal year. A memo from Chief David Nisleit last August reveals only 1,861 of those positions are filled. And at that time, 232 officers weren’t available for duty for a variety of personnel reasons.

I hope my readers grasp the enormity of the censorship. They don’t need arcane forms of mind control when the censors can infiltrate every single thing you experience online. They remove the facts they don’t like and up-code the narratives they do like. Simple. Effective. Real value for money.

Subject: Re: Virality Project Weekly Briefing - 3/2
Hi Twitter team, As Isabella mentioned, we are beginning to ramp up our notifications process to platforms Please see attached for a list of actionable themes of vaccine misinformation we have recently observed. In each, we've included samples of the most prominent cases of the
misintormation. This email is intended to give a cross-platform summary of misinformation that we are escalating to individual platforms. For complete information, you have been tagged in the
tickets relevant to your own platform. We will continue sending you all the weekly briefing which delivers the most up-to-date summary of the overall narratives we are tracking. With this, we will begin tagging you more frequently in the tickets behind the headings in that weekly briefing. This specific document is meant to give you a look into some specific tickets which you may not have been tagged on, but which other platforms were tagged on. Finally, while the briefings include some material on general vaccine hesitancy, this summary is more targeted to the COVID-related
policies we've identified on each platform. Going forward, would you use more regular insight (bi-weekly?) into misinformation we're
escalating across the different platforms? Or have you found the weekly briefings sufficient? Would there be other information that would be helpful to include (raw data of posts, images
appearing in posts, keywords, etc)?
Thank you,
Jack
