Prophecy re race war

I'm trying to find a prophecy, I think from one of the prophets (maybe Kimball, Hinckley, Benson?) that indicated that the powers that be would try to foment a race war. Can someone help me find that? Thank you:)

I'm not sure what you thought you were looking for, but this is what you should be looking for. There's a recording out there of what appears to be a 60 year old homemaker reading it. She substitutes "Jew World Order" for "New World Order." It was priceless.

I saw the international world war automatically break down, and national revolution occur in
every country, and complete the work of chaos and desolation. I saw geological disturbances
occur, which helped in this work as if it were intended to do so. I saw the Cardston Temple
preserved from all of this geological upheaval. I saw the international boundary line disappear
as these two governments broke up and dissolved into chaos. I saw race rioting upon the
American continent on a vast scale.
