Jesus didn't go to Russia.
He only went to the House of Israel. Russians are descended from Japheth, and are therefore Gentiles.
After Jesus resurrected, He sent His gospel to all the world including and especially all the gentiles.

Exactly. And that's the reason he gave for not visiting them personally.
