I guess you are challenging the idea that the core spinning generates the magnetic field of the earth?

The core spins in unison with the shell fairly quickly due to significant amounts of friction.

The entire earth is spinning in the electric field created by the solar wind.

Does anyone think a high vacuum exists inside the earth. :?:

Science showed the core was spinning a little faster than the crust.

not possible. do some math. static electrical charge doesn't do it.

I didn’t say it does, I’m also not saying it doesn’t. My point is the core of the earth isn’t spinning faster than the earth itself. Friction makes that so very quickly unless it’s spinning within a vacuum, which surely is not the case. Why then does the earth’s magnetic field roughly align north south or south north. :?:

The earth is spinning, though. What do you mean by this?
