I like a lot of what this person posts, and this one was interesting. I knew about the eclipse next year, but there is also one this year:

I was also unaware of the one this year. Looks like a trip to Winnemucca might be in my October future. Lake Tahoe is drop dead gorgeous usually that time of the year unless winter arrives too early, but Winnemucca? Not so much.
