These days I see the East-West divide as being just as superficial as the Left-Right divide. Most of it is performative, distractive & behind the scenes both "sides" are ridden by the same Gads toward the same ends.

At some level, both divides exist. I think the debate is at which level you think both sides are on the same team. You can go out and find democrats who hate republicans and republicans who hate democrats. Something I thought of recently is the gads could be pulling the strings without politicians even knowing about it. There could really be a divide at the level of politicians, but their advisors for example are gads or the banks are or whatever but the politicians think they're acting in the interest of their country. Now, it seems pretty obvious some politicians are all in on globalism, but that could be deception or maybe some are and some aren't.
