Controversial Obama-era counterrorism program continues uninterrupted in Colorado
New documents from the Denver Police Department show that “Countering Violent Extremism” is expanding its surveillance of immigrant and refugee communities
Written by Ava Sasani
Edited by Beryl Lipton, JPat Brown
Last month, the Denver Police Department completed two years of indirectly monitoring migrants and youth for the Department of Homeland Security
Since the early days of the Trump Administration, one centerpiece of President Barack Obama’s counterror policy has remained mostly untouched.
Countering Violent Extremism, or CVE, is an Obama-era program that was pitched as a community driven approach to national security. The thesis of CVE, that law enforcement can prevent extremist violence by strengthening relationships with community leaders, hinges on the widely discredited assumption that there is some way to predict who does or does not become a terrorist.

In 1952, in the early stages of the Korean War, North Korea accused the United States of using biological weapons — a claim the US has always denied. Journalist and retired psychologist Jeffrey Kaye found a copy of a report by the International Scientific Commission on the issue, originally released in 1952. Its investigation concluded that the US used a number of biological weapons, including anthrax, plague, and cholera, and that the confessions of many captured American airmen provided confirmation.
Those confessions were characterized by the US as the result of torture and brainwashing, which Kaye now believes were exaggerated to discredit the biowarfare claims. He describes the events of March 25, 1952, when a swarm of fleas — later found to be infected with bubonic plague — was dropped from aircraft on the North Korean village of Kang-Sou.
Jeffrey Kaye is a retired psychologist and the author of Coverup at Guantánamo: The NCIS Investigation into the “Suicides” of Mohammed Al Hanashi and Abdul Rahman Al Amri (publisher: Jeffrey S. Kaye, PhD, 2nd edition: September 10, 2016). He has written widely about torture, asylum, and many other issues related to the US military.

Drs. Tyson and Fareed's protocol for treatment and prevention of Covid-19, as discussed during Nov 19 Senate hearing

Dr. George Fareed and his partner Dr. Brian Tyson have together successfully treated over 1,000 Covid patients.  They have been adjusting their protocol over time, and now use both HCQ and ivermectin.  Why not, for a potentially fatal disease?  Why not maximize the potential benefit?  How many drugs was Trump given when he had Covid?
Here is the protocol provided to the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee after Dr. Fareed's Nov 19 testimony.
https://www.thedesertreview.com/news/dr ... 6c181.html
Senator Josh Hawley submitted questions to Dr. Fareed to clarify his testimony for the record. Here is the correspondence between the Senator and Fareed on December 10:
Sen. Hawley: In your testimony, you say that timing is everything when it comes to treatment and that the best time for outpatient treatment to prevent hospitalization comes when “the virus is in a period of maximum replication in the upper respiratory tract.” Can you explain what this would mean for a patient? Would this be five days after exposure, or ten days? Or is it based on symptoms?
Dr. Fareed: The earlier the treatment can be started after the start of the infection, the better and more rapid the recovery (as well as the reduction in the risk of spread/contagious period). This would mean that the patient should optimally start the treatment in the first 4 days of the infection and within five days of exposure. It usually is based on symptoms which start within 1-4 days of viral entry into the upper respiratory system. Even starting the multi-faceted treatment later (7-10 days after infection) is also very worthwhile if severe pneumonia necessitating hospitalization has not yet set in.
Sen. Hawley: In your experience, are patients typically coming in to get treated at this point in their illness? And if not, what do you think we need to do to encourage high-risk individuals to seek outpatient treatment and care?
Dr. Fareed: More patients are coming in to get treated or contacting me from afar for treatment when they can’t receive the treatment in their local communities. Sadly, many infected people and primary care doctors and doctors in ERs follow the NIH and Dr. Fauci stipulations with no effective treatments offered. We need to have the NIH/FDA/CDC formally acknowledge the importance of early treatment with moderately acting, safe anti-virals so readily available. When (if ever) that happens, everything would improve dramatically. Thank you, Senator Hawley,  for all your efforts and for allowing me to respond to these excellent questions.
The following is the protocol Drs. Fareed and Tyson have jointly developed as most effective for their COVID-19 patients:

Dr. Fareed also included Dr. Zelenko’s (Twitter: @zev_dr) COVID-19 Prophylaxis Protocol:
Prophylaxis is an action taken to prevent or protect against a specified disease. Greek in origin, from the word "phylax", meaning "to guard" and "watching."
Low Risk Patients
Young healthy people do not need prophylaxis against COVID-19. In young and healthy people, this infection causes mild cold-like symptoms. It is advantageous for these patients to be exposed to COVID-19, build up their antibodies and have their immune system clear the virus. This will facilitate the development of herd immunity and help prevent future COVID-19 pandemics. However, if these patients desire prophylaxis against COVID-19, then they should take the protocol noted below.
Moderate-Risk Patients
Patients from this category are healthy but have high potential viral-load exposure. This group includes medical personnel, caregivers of high-risk patients, people who use public transportation, first responders and other essential personnel who are crucial to the continued functioning of society. These patients should be encouraged to take prophylaxis against COVID-19 in accordance with the protocol noted below.
High-Risk Patients
Patients are considered high risk if they are over the age of 60, or if they are younger than 60 but they have comorbidities, that is, they have other health conditions that put them at risk. These patients have between a 5 to 10 percent mortality rate if they are infected with COVID-19. These patients should be strongly encouraged to take prophylaxis against COVID-19 in accordance with the protocol noted below.
Protocol for Low and Moderate Risk Patients:
Elemental Zinc 25 mg once a day[1]
Vitamin C 1000 mg once a day[2]
Quercetin 500 mg once a day
If Quercetin is unavailable, then use Epigallocatechin-gallate (EGCG) 400 mg once a day[3]
Protocol for High-Risk Patients:
Elemental Zinc 25 mg once a day
Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ[4]) 200 mg once a day for five days, then once a week
If HCQ is unavailable, then use the Protocol for Low and Moderate Risk Patients.

The spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 (what the mRNA vaccines cause our cells to produce) may be responsible for some of Covid's worst symptoms

This is the most thoughtful and erudite response I have seen to the experiment of turning humans into factories to make Covid (mutated) spike (S) protein.  Neither Pfizer, Moderna nor the FDA have commented in any publicly available documents on the serious safety questions this review of the literature raises.
Dr. Patrick Whelan, MD, PhD, formerly of Mass General Hospital and now UCLA, submitted the following letter about the mRNA vaccines to the FDA on December 8:
I am a pediatric specialist caring for children with the multisystem inflammatory syndrome (MIS-C). I am concerned about the possibility that the new vaccines aimed at creating immunity against the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein (including the mRNA vaccines of Moderna and Pfizer) have the potential to cause microvascular injury to the brain, heart, liver, and kidneys in a way that does not currently appear to be assessed in safety trials of these potential drugs.

Puntmann et al. (JAMA Cardiol. 2020;5:1265-1273) showed that the prospective study of 100 German patients who were recently recovered from COVID-19 revealed significant cardiac involvement on cardiac MRI scans in 78% of them, an average 2-1/2 months after their recovery from the acute illness. Two-thirds of these patients were never hospitalized, and there was ongoing myocardial inflammation in 60%. The abnormalities occurred independent of preexisting conditions, severity of the initial disease, and overall course of the acute illness.

Magro et al. showed that there is complement-mediated damage even in grossly normal skin of coronavirus-infected individuals (Human Pathology 2020:106:106-116). They have also shown (Magro et al. Annals of Diagnostic Pathology 2021:50 in press ) that ACE-2 receptor expression is highest in the microvasculature of the brain and subcutaneous fat, and to a lesser degree in the liver, kidney, and heart. They have further demonstrated that the coronavirus replicates almost exclusively in the septal capillary endothelial cells of the lungs and the nasopharynx, and that viral lysis and immune destruction of those cells releases viral capsid proteins (or pseudovirions) that travel through the circulation and bind to ACE2 receptors in these other parts of the body leading to mannan-binding lectin complement pathway activation that not only damages the microvascular endothelium but also induces the production of many pro-inflammatory cytokines. Meinhardt et al. (Nature Neuroscience 2020, in press) show that the spike protein in brain endothelial cells is associated with formation of microthrombi (clots), and like Magro et al. do not find viral RNA in brain endothelium. In other words, viral proteins appear to cause tissue damage without actively replicating virus.

Is it possible the spike protein itself causes the tissue damage associated with Covid-19? Nuovo et al (in press) have shown that in 13/13 brains from patients with fatal COVID-19, pseudovirions (spike, envelope, and membrane proteins) without viral RNA are present in the endothelia of cerebral microvessels. Furthermore, tail vein injection of the full length S1 spike subunit in mice led to neurologic signs (increased thirst, stressed behavior) not evident in those injected with the S2 subunit. The S1 subunit localizes to the endothelia of microvessels in the mouse brain, and is a potent neurotoxin. So the spike S1 subunit of SARS-CoV-2 alone is capable of being endocytosed by ACE2 positive endothelia in both human and mouse brain, with a concomitant pauci-cellular microencephalitis that may be the basis for the neurologic complications of COVID-19. The Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine (BNT162b2) is composed of an mRNA that produces a membrane-anchored full-length spike protein. The mouse studies suggest that an untruncated form of the S1 protein like this may cause a microvasculopathy in tissues that express much ACE2 receptor. A truncated form of S1 was much less damaging in mice.

While there are pieces to this puzzle that have yet to be worked out, it appears that the viral spike protein that is the target of the major SARS-CoV-2 vaccines is also one of the key agents causing the damage to distant organs that may include the brain, heart, lung, and kidney. Before any of these vaccines are approved for widespread use in humans, it is important to assess in vaccinated subjects the effects of vaccination on the heart (perhaps using cardiac MRI, as Puntmann et al. did). Vaccinated patients could also be tested for distant tissue damage in deltoid area skin biopsies, as employed by Magro et al. As important as it is to quickly arrest the spread of the virus by immunizing the population, it would be vastly worse if hundreds of millions of people were to suffer long-lasting or even permanent damage to their brain or heart microvasculature as a result of failing to appreciate in the short-term an unintended effect of full-length spike protein-based vaccines on these other organs.

Particular caution will be required with regard to the potential widespread vaccination of children before there are any real data on the safety or effectiveness of these vaccines in pediatric trials that are only now beginning.

Six months after the repeal of 50-a, NY police continue to combat the release of disciplinary records
Written by Beryl Lipton, Jon Campbell
In the Syracuse suburb of Manlius, police transparency carries a hefty price tag.
In June, the Manlius Police Department received an open-records request from MuckRock. The request sought documents detailing any allegations of misconduct against current or former officers and any discipline the department imposed.
The department replied with a bill. For $47,504.
Six months ago, New York lawmakers and Gov. Andrew Cuomo repealed Section 50-a of the state Civil Rights Law, a once-obscure provision that had been used to shield police disciplinary records from public view for decades.
The repeal came amid national and statewide protests following the May 25 death of George Floyd, a 46-year-old Black man who died in police custody after an officer pressed a knee into his neck for nearly nine minutes.
Since then, MuckRock has partnered with the USA TODAY Network New York, the Brechner Center for Freedom of Information and Syracuse University journalism students to file more than 600 records requests with more than 400 police agencies in hopes of creating a searchable, first-of-its-kind database with disciplinary records from across the state.
But in much of the state, police agencies have declined to provide the documents without a fight.
The state’s Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) applies equally to all New York police departments, but only about 40 have actually provided records in response requests for existing disciplinary records, only one-tenth of local law enforcement agencies.
Some departments, such as Manlius and Yonkers, have requested thousands of dollars to sort through and redact the records, seeking labor costs by pointing to a provision in state law allowing them to charge the “actual cost” of reproducing records.
Others have pointed to ongoing lawsuits filed by police unions in New York City, Buffalo, Schenectady and other locations, challenging whether departments can legally release unsubstantiated or pending complaints.
At least 75 departments have claimed to have no disciplinary records at all, with some saying no complaints have been filed and others — including the town of Ogden near Rochester — suggesting they only keep the records for three years before destroying them.
Many departments, like the city of Poughkeepsie, have repeatedly pushed back the date by which they have pledged to provide documents, sometimes for months at a time.
Others say requests for all disciplinary records are too broad and can be denied. And about 80 departments haven’t responded at all, despite numerous inquiries by MuckRock and others.
The various tactics and strategies deployed by police departments make clear: Even though Section 50-a has been repealed, the battle for disciplinary records wages on.
“I am absolutely floored by how inaccessible this is to an ordinary person,” said Tina Chronopoulos, a Binghamton University associate professor and member of grassroots group Citizen Action, who filed at least 20 requests for disciplinary records on her own.
“The learning curve has been really, really steep.”
Disciplinary requests met with delays, denials
For decades, police disciplinary records in New York had been kept private by Section 50-a of the state Civil Rights Law, which was repealed in June.
Under FOIL, state and local agencies have five business days to acknowledge requests for documents. For many requests in the database project, the five-day window came and went without an acknowledgement.
Some departments simply claimed the requests were too broad or burdensome, despite a provision in the FOIL that requires offices to provide direction to requesters on how to improve their requests. Others, when called, claim that they’ve received the requests but that they’d been handed off to city attorneys for response.
A few cities and towns, including Middletown, have claimed that the law doesn’t apply to existing records, only those created after the 50-a repeal.
The state’s Committee on Open Government disagrees.
Just three weeks after the repeal, the committee — a state entity that opines on open-government laws — suggested the new provisions of law would apply to “all law enforcement disciplinary records maintained by a law enforcement agency … regardless of the current employment status of the subject individual.”
It hasn’t prevented cities, towns and villages from trying to use the excuse, like Jamestown, which argued disclosure was not “retroactive.” After that FOIL rejection was appealed and overturned by the mayor, the city claimed fulfilling the request would require more than $20,000 in fees.
In some cases, resistance to responding to requests has been a team effort. Towns, like Maybrook, Deerpark and Goshen in Orange County, have allied in their responses, sending nearly identical rejections to requests from different reporters.
Maybrook and Goshen share a municipal attorney, Rich Golden, who was Orange County attorney from 1994 through 2001 under a previous county executive.
And Southold, a town on the eastern end of Long Island, cited a host of reasons for not releasing police disciplinary records. In its denial letter, it cited litigation, the volume of records involved, an “unwarranted invasion of personal privacy” and a claim that releasing the documents could put people in danger.
Resistance to the requests is not just limited to local police departments, either.
Both the New York State Police and Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, which oversees the state prison system, rejected requests and appeals for the last 10 years of disciplinary records, arguing they were too broad.
The two state agencies, as well as several other local departments across the state, suggested their filing systems didn’t allow them to separate out disciplinary records easily from personnel files.
“A reasonably described request for records should include specific parameters, such as the names of employees to be searched for,” Lt. Col. Scott Wilcox, state police assistant deputy superintendent, wrote in denying a USA TODAY Network appeal. “Whether a request is reasonably described may be dependent upon the nature of an agency’s filing or record keeping system.”
Legal cases remain on appeal
In several instances, police agencies have pointed to ongoing court cases as reason for delay.
In New York City, Buffalo, Schenectady and Tonawanda, police and fire unions or officers have filed lawsuits that attempt to block or delay disclosure of record

Maine EMTs being given false and frightening information they must sign to refuse a Covid vaccine

People have asked why am I not blogging about the Covid vaccines.  To be honest, I felt there was not enough information for me to be decisive, and I have been waiting for more information to become available.
However, someone called me this morning and told me about a lot of allergic reactions, including one anaphylactic reaction, at a local hospital after 30 doses were given. Staff were instructed to keep this quiet.
Today I watched a 9 minute Ben Swann video about the vaccines, in which he reads the "Declination form" that must be signed by EMTs in Maine who refuse the vaccine. It contained false and misleading statements, and I realized I should no longer delay discussing what is known about the vaccines.
1.  Both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines are made from messengerRNA and lipid nanoparticles containing polyethylene glycol (PEG).
a.  MessengerRNA (or any RNA) can potentially be converted to DNA in the presence of reverse transcriptase.  That DNA potentially, or bits of it, could become linked to your native DNA.  While I have no idea how likely this is, I began to take the possibility seriously only after two members of FDA's advisory committee (the VRBPAC) asked about it during their meeting to approve the Pfizer vaccine on December 10.  (I watched the entire meeting and took copious notes.) Virologist tell us that much of our DNA is, in fact, originally viral DNA that found its way in.
I now consider the potential for vaccine RNA to be permanently inserted in my DNA a remote possibility--but one that I would like proven wrong before being vaccinated.
b.  70% of Americans have per-existing antibodies to  PEG.  FDA suspects that these PEG antibodies may be the cause of anaphylaxis post vaccination.  The UK recommends against people with severe allergic conditions receiving the mRNA vaccines. The CDC, however, recommendeds people receive it regardless of their allergy history, only asking that those with severe allergies wait an additional 15 minutes (total of 30 minutes) in the clinic in case they need to be resuscitated.  Anaphylaxis is occurring at about 10x the rate it occurs after flu vaccine (if the early numbers released by CDC are accurate).  Therefore, getting the shot in a drugstore or anywhere that trained physicians are not close by to perform a resuscitation seems like a bad idea.
2.  No vaccines made from messenger RNA nor this type of lipid nanoparticles have ever been used in humans.  We have no idea about their long-term side effects.  The clinical trials followed subjects for only 2 months after their 2 doses of vaccine when the vaccines were authorized for use.
3.  Neither the Moderna nor the Pfizer trial enrolled many frail elderly subjects.  Since both vaccines entered general use less than one month ago, we have heard tales of nursing home residents dying in higher numbers after receiving the vaccines.  But we do not know if this is a random event or a reaction to vaccination, since reliable data are not yet available.
4.  Public health officials have said over and over that they do not know if the vaccines prevent spread. Pfizer's lead representative to the VRBPAC meeting, Kathrin Jansen, PhD, said that Pfizer did not test human subjects to see if those vaccinated could get and spread the infection.  But Jansen admitted that Pfizer DID test primates--and found that vaccinated monkeys did get Covid infections despite being vaccinated.  Their duration of infection was shorter than in the unvaccinated monkeys.
5.  Is the data from the Pfizer and Moderna clinical trials reliable, especially the claim that both yield 95% efficacy?
a.  Members of the VRBPAV advisory committee wanted more information.  Two of them asked to be given the results between November 14 (the date the data collection ended) and December 10 (the date of the meeting).  Separately, at two different times, both FDA and Pfizer refused to provide this to the committee.
b.  There were relatively few Covid-19 cases in Pfizer's trial (under 200) despite 40,000 enrollees.  Peter Doshi, blogging for the British Medical journal, noted that 20x as many subjects had Covid-like symptoms as those who were diagnosed positive using PCR tests, but the much larger group had negative PCR tests.  We now know there are large numbers of false positives and negatives with PCR tests.  Cycle threshold information was not supplied.  No sequencing was done to assure that PCR positive individuals actually had Covid.  I don't trust these data.
c.  Both Moderna and Pfizer provided rudimentary information to the FDA to apply for Emergency Use Authorizations--much less than is required to issue a vaccine license, according to US law...despite what Drs. Stephen Hahn and Peter Marks at FDA may have claimed to sooth the public.
d.  FDA made the incomprehensible decision to NOT perform inspections of the manufacturing facilities of the Covid vaccine manufacturers.  What did FDA not want to find?  FDA mislead its advisory committee by claiming to have reviewed all the manufacturing paperwork supplied to it.  That is a far cry from inspecting the facility.
6.  No one knows how long immunity lasts, if in fact the vaccines do provide some degree of immunity. (Should it be called immunity if you can still catch and spread the virus?)  For every known vaccine, the immunity it provides is LESS robust and long-lasting than the immunity obtained from having had the infection. People who have had Covid really have no business getting vaccinated--you get all the risk and none of the benefit.
Now to the Maine EMT declination document.
This is a document designed to force EMTs to take the vaccine by using false information and veiled threats.  For example, the document claims with certainty that one can asymptomatically spread Covid, even up to 10 days.  That has not been shown to be true.  Even Anthony Fauci was recorded as saying that asymptomatic spread has never driven an epidemic, although it might occur rarely.  We still don't know with certainty how much asymptomatic spread contributes to cases.
CDC made a claim just this past week that asymptomatic spread could contribute to 59% of cases.  CDC, however, made this claim based on its own researchers using modelling and estimates alone.  CDC loves to publish its models of illness cases and spread, instead of providing real data.  Models can be easily manipulated to support whatever narrative is desired, as we have seen with the Neil Ferguson and University of Washington/BMGF models of the pandemic.
The declination document claims that the clinical trials were rigorous.  I doubt few who read them would agree with that.  The trials are still in progress.  And FDA explicitly said these two vaccines have NOT BEEN APPROVED.  They have instead been "authorized."
But the most pernicious thing about the document was that it was intended to make the decliner feel awful for letting down the team and the community.  In fact, based on the monkey data, the only data we have, you can still spread the virus even after being vaccinated.  So the declination was built on a lie. And, lying document that it is, it is not signed. You don't know who wrote it.  Why are EMTs being made to sign it, and initial every paragraph?
Here is just one of its passages:

"The consequences of my refusal to be vaccinated could have life-threatening consequences for my health and the health of everyone with whom I am in contact, including my co-workers, my family, and members of the community I serve."

When a product is good for you, there is no need to scare or threaten people into taking it.  If you are being coerced to do something, that should be a strong clue to avoid it.
If you become injured by one of these experimental vaccine, the chance of receiving any financial benefit is tiny.  The US government has waived the liability of everyone involved, from manufacturers to vaccinators.
Luckily, the drugs and vitamins/supplements that are effective for Covid are also safe, and have been used for many decades.  See earlier blog posts for details.

The Covid Pandemic Is The Result of Public Health Authorities Blocking Effective Treatment/ Paul Craig Roberts

The Covid Pandemic Is The Result of Public Health Authorities Blocking Effective Treatment
(Dr. Roberts was an Assistant Secretary f the Treasury and an Associate Editor of the Wall Street Journal)
https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2021/0 ... ent/print/
Paul Craig Roberts
Why are all the countries in the world following the same unsuccessful and irresponsible response to Covid? The masks and six feet “social distancing” are ineffective, and so are the vaccines. Unless the mask is a N95, the mask does not prevent transmission of the virus. As the virus is airborn or areosol spread, six meters between persons dies not prevent spread. The lockdowns are more damaging to people and economies than Covid.
Why are authorities enforcing ineffective measures while ignoring proven successful measures that greatly reduce the Covid threat and perhaps eliminate it altogether? Is it because the proven measures are inexpensive and offer no opportunity for large profits from vaccines? Is it because the “Covid pandemic” is useful for mandating control measures that curtail civil liberties? Is it because the lockdowns decimate family businesses and enable further economic concentration? The answer is “yes” to all three questions.
The Regius Professor of Medicine at Oxford Univesity, Sir John Bell, has revealed that Covid vaccination causes more mutations of the virus, requiring new vaccines in an endless chase. https://www.rt.com/uk/515824-covid19-va ... ts-oxford/ [1]
I asked a distinguished virologist if the Oxford professor was correct, and was told: “Yes, Covid vaccination does and will cause more mutations.” There already are a number of varients, and the South African government has reported that the vaccine it has purchased is not effective against the Covid strain in South Africa.
Moreover, the vaccines themselves have not undergone long-run testing, and many serious reactions and more than 1,000 deaths are associated with the vaccinations. Some scientists are concerned that the untested technology in some of the vaccines will have adverse effects on the immune system and result in a jump in the overall death rate. However, we look at it, we are flying at least partly blind. Why as there is a far superior way to proceed?
First, begin with prevention. Vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc, and NAC are effective and inexpensive immune boosters that ward off infection and reduce the severity of infection. Jonathan Cook gives a report on the latest research here: https://www.unz.com/jcook/why-politicia ... and-covid/ [2]
Then turn to cures. Both the HCQ/zinc/antibiotic treatment and the Ivermectin/zinc/antibiotic treatment are proven, safe, and inexpensive. Yet the evidence has been kept from the public. Even the most knowledgeable experts are deplatformed when they say anything that is in conflict with the vaccination/lockdown agenda. The media are complicit in keeping the public uninformed. Why is this? How does information suppression help deal with an alleged world pandemic? Clearly, it does not help.
I have reported many times on the effectiveness of HCQ/zinc. You can use the search feature on this website to locate my reports. Ivermectin has proven to be even more effective than HCQ. Dr. Marc Wathelet, a leading virologist, has brought the evidence for Ivermectin before the government of Belgium. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/plan-era ... JP0Q%3D%3D [3]
There is no justifiable reason for not using these cures, and there is no justifiable reason for not initiating a prevention program based on supplements, diet, and a more healthy life style. The failure of governments and health authorities to employ these proven means amounts to premeditated mass murder. The reason people have died from Covid is the refusal to treat and to prevent with known effective means. Instead, governments and health authorities have interfered with doctors and prevented treatment with HCQ and Ivermectin, while using the presstitutes to brainwash the public that these effective and safe treatments are dangerous.
The massive disinformation campaign waged against effective prevention and treatment does not come from ignorance and incompetence of public authorities. It comes from the agendas that Covid is being used to advance, agendas whose toll in human life and suffering is unimportant to those whose agendas are being served.
What reason is there for people in any country to have confidence in their government and public health authorities?

You know you are having an impact when the knives come out

I have been practicing medicine for nearly 41 years, and am known for really listening and treating every patient as an individual.  My online ratings had almost all been 5's.  But recently some 1's showed up, and now severals 2's.  I don't think I have seen these raters as patients, because when they comment the descriptions don't match my office.  The good news for me is that I am not taking new patients (except to treat Covid) so the ratings don't affect my pocketbook.  But what an easy, anonymous way to destroy someone's reputation. I wonder if one could bring a lawsuit against the PR firm or individual that is doing this, for libel, defamation or restraint of trade. There should be a mechanism that limits commenters to those who have actually purchased the product or seen the professional.

Holes in reporting of breakthrough Covid cases hamper CDC response/ Politico

This is a very long article from Politico, but the meat is below and it is worth your attention.  For those who ask why the US data show few breakthrough cases, and reasonable vaccine efficacy, while the data from the UK and Israel show practically no vaccine benefit at this point in time, and possibly a negative benefit (which does happen occasionally for flu shots and has happened in other vaccines) the reason is simple.  CDC made sure to direct its massive grants to the states in ways that would maintain haphazard and variable reporting by states, hospitals, etc.  Furthermore, it was obvious on May 1 that CDC instituted a policy designed to minimize reporting of vaccine failures.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is using outdated and unreliable data on coronavirus breakthrough infections to help make

Police Sexual Misconduct National Study

Police sexual misconduct is often considered a hidden crime that routinely goes
unreported. The current study provides an empirical data on cases of sex-related police crime at law enforcement agencies across the United States. The study identifies and describes incidents where sworn law enforcement officers were arrested for one or more sex-related crimes through a quantitative content analysis of published newspaper articles and court records. The primary news information source was the Google News search engine using 48 automated Google Alerts. Data are analyzed on 548 arrest cases in the years 2005-2007 of 398 officers employed by 328 nonfederal law enforcement agencies located in 265 counties and independent cities in 43 states and the District of Columbia. Findings indicate that police sexual misconduct includes serious forms of sex-related crime and that victims of sex-related police crime are typically younger than 18 years of age.

Study finds police officers arrested 1,100 times per year, or 3 per day, nationwide

New York Police Department Deputy Chief Michael Harrington, left, departs federal court in Manhattan on Monday after being charged with corruption. A new study shows that about 1,100 police officers, or about three per day, are charged with committing crimes every year. (Lucas Jackson/Reuters)

June 22, 2016

So far this month, two New York City police commanders have been arrested on corruption allegations, an officer in Killeen, Tex., has been accused of sexually assaulting a female driver, a Philadelphia police officer has been charged with extortion of a drug dealer, and an officer in Honolulu has been accused of raping a 14-year-old girl.

Such sporadic news accounts of police officers being arrested led one group of researchers to a question: How much crime do police officers commit?  No one was keeping track, much as no one was tracking how often police officers shoot and kill civilians, although both may involve use of police power and abuse of public trust.
Now there is an answer: Police officers are arrested about 1,100 times a year, or roughly three officers charged every day, according to a new national study. The most common crimes were simple assault, drunken driving and aggravated…

Contact: LynnLandes@gmail.com  / 215-629-3553
Brief bio:  Lynn Landes is a Philadelphia-based writer, researcher, reporter, and activist in the fields of politics, health, and the environment since the 1980's.  Her articles and opinions have been published in several books, films, and online publications.  On the environment, Lynn has been a commentator for BBC radio, a radio talk show host, and a television news reporter in the 1999-2001.  From 2002 to 2008 she dedicated herself to reporting and publicly speaking on voting integrity issues.  Currently, she is the publisher of several websites and meetup groups on a wide variety of issues including: foraging, fiber arts, health, waste, voting, historic streets, and safe streets.

On voting:
For complete transparency in voting, Lynn supports one standard for both political representatives and voters, that means "open voting", no secret ballots. As that is unlikely to gain public support any time soon, Lynn supports paper ballots and public hand counts at the polls on election day (see: Protocol For Honest Elections - America’s Nontransparent Voting System Is ‘De Facto’ Fraud) In a 2005 article, Plan B: Organize Parallel Elections & Signed Ballots, Lynn called on citizens to organize parallel elections in response to the total lack of transparency in U.S. elections. In several states, activists did just that.  Lynn's numerous articles on the right to vote can be found at http://www.thelandesreport.com/VotingSecurity.htm. Her work has been featured in the books, Hacked and BlackBoxVoting.  Lynn was a guest speaker at events across the country, and also appears in several documentaries including: Got Democracy, The Right To Count, Stealing America, and her own, Voting 101 and The Fix Is In.

Election Wire-tap Alleged Cincinnati BelI Denies Charges
The following paragraphs are excerpts from an article in the Cincinnati Post right before the November, 1987 Cincinnati Council Election. - Jim Condit Jr.
by Randy Ludlow Post staff reporter
Cincinnati Bell security supervisors ordered wire taps installed on county computers before elections in the late 1970s and early 1980’s that could have allowed vote totals to be altered. a former Bell employee says in a sworn court documents
Leonard Gates, a 21 -year Cincinnati Bell employee until he was fired in 1986,claims in a deposition filed onThursday in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court to have installed the wire taps.
Cincinnati Bell officials denied Gates' allegations tha are part of a six- year-old civil suit that contends the elections computer is subject to manipulation and fraud.
Gates claims a security supervisor for the telephone company told him in 1979 that the firm had obtained a computer program through the FBI that gave it access to the county computer used to count votes.
The deposition does not say if vote totals ever were changed. Gates claimed to have installed wire taps on county computers befoore the elections in 1977 through 1986 , but wasn't certain, in 1982 and 1983.
Gates' allegations also have taken on political overtones. He appeared in a television commercial that aired twice Thursday on WKRC- Channel 12 for Jim Condit Jr., a Cincinnatus Party candidate for Cincinnati City Council.
The commercial also features former Bell employee Robert Draise, who was convicted of tapping a Hamilton, Ohio woman's home and fired for it and who claims he wire-tapped the homes of multi- millionaire and anti-pornography crusader Charles Keating and

Why won't the Department of Justice (DOJ) investigate electronic vote fraud? Is it because the DOJ and FBI have long been involved in it, themselves?
“If you did it right, no one would ever know,” said Craig C. Donsanto, head of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Election Crimes Branch, Public Integrity Section (from 1970-2010) in a July 4,1989 Los Angeles Times article about electronic voting machines and vote fraud.

ATTY HRBEK SUES CIA/POMPEO FOR ILLEGAL SEARCH/SEIZURE DURING ASSANGE VISIT

Media Lawyer Deborah Hrbek is one of four journalists and attorneys who are suing the CIA and then-CIA director Mike Pompeo for violating their constitutional right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure. These plaintiffs visited Assange at the Ecuadorian embassy and say they were unaware that they were not only being audiovisual recorded, but that their phones and laptops, which they had to surrender before seeing Assange, were secretly downloaded, with everything being sent to the CIA.

FBI officials: No credible threats to US election systems ahead of midterms
Kevin Johnson

http://www.thelandesreport.com/CraigDonsanto.htm

The Cincinnati Bell-FBI scandal:  Leonard Gates, a Cincinnati Bell employee for 23 years, testified that in the late 1970's and 80's, the FBI assisted telephone companies with hacking into mainframe election computers in cities across the country. He spoke with agents from both the DOJ (U.S. Attorney Kathleen M. Brinkman) and FBI (Agent Love), but to his knowledge, neither agency took further action.  Leonard Gates 1987Deposition, plus 1985 Background Material from Jim Condit, Jr. //Pandora's Black Box & http://www.votefraud.org/expert_strunk_report.htm (contains case number)
* Gates testified, P. 28, "He (Gates's supervisor, Mr. Jim West,) said the programming was obtained out of California, and that the programming had been obtained through the FBI, and all this kind of stuff, and that was about it."
* Page 34 excerpt: "And I knew that we did do certain things under certain court direction, under certain court orders, and I just didn't see where they would have a court order to get into that, and I expressed my concern to Mr. Dugan (President of Cincinnati Bell).  Mr. Dugan said it was a very gray area, and that they were into like New York and Atlanta, Georgia, and to the other computers, you know.  This was just small compared to what was going on."
* Page 39, "...and I said, "Well, do you (Mr.Fedrich, vice president of Cincinnati Bell) have a blanket court order on this or what?"  And he kind of weasel-worded me, to be honest with you.  He said "Well, our relationship with the FBI is very, very close."
Excerpt from Nov 1996, Pandora's Black Box by Philip M. O’Halloran of Relevance, The Cincinnati Election Wiretapping Scandal:
Lewis and other skeptics of the vote-fixing scenario like to insist that there has never been any evidence of a "conspiracy" to fix elections by computer. But then, most of those we interviewed on both sides of the issue had never heard of the case of Leonard Gates of Cincinnati, Ohio. An employee of the Cincinnati Bell telephone company, Gates was watching a local t.v. news story, in which a Cincinnati man named Jim Condit was charging that the election system was vulnerable to vote fraud in the Hamilton county election process.
He based his charges on his experience as a candidate for city council in 1979, when, after an election night computer crash, Condit and seven other "feisty challengers" had suddenly "fallen to the very bottom of the heap" of 26 candidates. Gates called the station and later contacted Mr. Condit, telling him he knew firsthand how his votes were robbed. They met and shared information and ultimately Gates testified in Condit’s Cincinnatus PAC (political action committee) lawsuit against the Hamilton County Board of Elections.
The suit had earlier been decided against the plaintiffs and Gates took the stand during the appeal. He swore under oath that he was ordered by his Cincinnati Bell superiors to wiretap the election headquarters’ phones lines to provide a link-up between the county’s vote-counting computers and parties unknown on another phone line somewhere in California.
The following are excerpts from the Cincinnati Post of October, 30th, 1987:
Cincinnati Bell security supervisors ordered wire-taps installed on county computers before elections in the late 1970s and early 1980s that could have allowed vote totals to be altered, a former Bell employee says in a sworn court document.
Leonard Gates, a 23-year Cincinnati Bell employee until he was fired in 1986, claims in a deposition filed Thursday in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court to have installed the wire-taps. Cincinnati Bell officials denied Gates’ allegations that are part of a six-year-old civil suit that contends the elections computer is subject o manipulation and fraud.
Gates claims a security supervisor for the telephone company told him in 1979 that the firm had obtained a computer program through the FBI that gave it access to the county computer used to count votes. [Emphasis added].
The FBI refused comment and Cincinnati Bell spokesmen vehemently denied the allegations, claiming Gates was a "disgruntled ex-employee", yet, according to Condit, the company ultimately admitted that one of its vans was involved in the wiretapping, although it claimed they were commandeered without the company’s knowledge. The Post continued:
In the deposition, Gates claims he first installed a wire-tap on a telephone line to the county computers before the 1977 election at the instruction of James West, a Bell security supervisor.
Gates contends both West and Peter Gabor, security director, told him to install wire-taps in subsequent elections. Both men declined comment Thursday.
In the 1979 election, which is the focus of the deposition – Gates said he received instructions in the mail from West about installing wire-taps on county computers in the County Administration Building at Court and Main streets.
The wire-taps were installed on the eve of the election at Cincinnati Bell’s switching control center at Seventh and Elm Streets and terminated in a conference room in the building, Gates alleges.
In the deposition, Gates described in great technical detail installation of the wire-taps.
At about 8:30 p.m. on election day – Nov. 6, 1979 – Gates said he was called by West and told something had gone wrong, causing the elections computer to malfunction. At West’s instructions, Gates said he removed the taps.
The elections computer shutdown for two hours on election evening due to what was believed to be a power failure, Condit Sr. has said.
Gates said West told him they "had the ability to actually alter what was being done with the votes."
Gates said West told him the Board of elections did not know about the taps and that the computer program for the elections computer "was obtained out of California, and that the programming had been obtained through the FBI..."
Shortly after the 1979 election, Gates said he met with the late Richard Dugan, former Cincinnati Bell president, to express his concerns that the wire-taps were done without a court order.
"Mr. Dugan said it was a very gray area... This was just small compared to what was going on. He told me just, if I had a problem, to talk to him and everything would be okay, but everything was under control," Gates said [Emphasis added].
[Editor’s Note: This scandal’s alleged FBI connection raises the possibility of U.S. law enforcement and/or intelligence involvement in electronic vote-rigging.]
Another Cincinnati Bell employee, named Bob Draise, admitted to being involved in a second phase of the illegal operation, which involved wiretapping several prominent Cincinnati political figures including a crusader against pornography named Keating and the Hamilton County commissioner, Allen Paul.
Jim Condit told Relevance that, as a result of the ensuing scandal, Draise was convicted and five Cincinnati police officers, who were allegedly involved in the wiretapping operation, abruptly resigned. The alleged involvement of the FBI was never pursued and the Bureau itself did not follow up on the Gates allegations. In spite of all the evidence, the appeal by the plaintiff failed and the issue was laid

Fri, Aug 25th 2023 05:28am - Karl Bode
We’ve noted repeatedly how the hyperventilation about TikTok privacy is largely just a distraction from the U.S.’ ongoing failure to pass even a basic privacy law or meaningfully regulate data brokers.
We haven’t done those things for two reasons. One, the dysfunctional status quo (where companies mindlessly over-collect data and fail to secure it, resulting in endless privacy scandals) is hugely profitable to everybody in the chain. Two, the government long ago realized it can abuse the barely regulated info-hoovering user tracking system we’ve built to avoid having to get warrants.
There’s simply no meaningful incentive for reform

Did You Know? US Gov’t Found Guilty In Conspiracy To Assassinate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Kirsten West Savali
Published on January 18, 2021
Loyd Jowers, owner of Jim’s Grill, which was close to the Lorraine Motel, claimed that the shot which killed Dr. King was fired from behind his restaurant, and that local, state and federal U.S government agencies, and the Mafia, were all involved. James Earl Ray, who pleaded guilty to assassinating King, was renting a room above Jower’s establishment and was allegedly an unwitting scapegoat.
The restaurant owner named Memphis Police Department Officer, Lt. Earl Clark as Dr. King’s assassin, according to a press conference transcript. A claim that would later be called into question along with other shocking details.

What I experienced in that courtroom ranged from inspiration at the courage of the Kings, their lawyer-investigator William F. Pepper, and the witnesses, to amazement at the government’s carefully interwoven plot to kill Dr. King. The seriousness with which U.S. intelligence agencies

Arthur Bremer, Who Shot Wallace, Is Freed
It was later reported that Roger Gordon, a former member of the Secret Army Organization (SAO), a government intelligence agency, identified Bremer's ferry contact as Anthony Ulasewicz, (13) After his election victory in 1968, Richard Nixon appointed Jack Caulfield, as Staff Assistant to the President. In March 1969, Caulfield met with Ulasewicz, a former member of the NYPD's Bureau of Special Service and Investigation. "Caulfield outlined the big secret. He said the White House wanted to set up its own investigative resource which would be quite separate from the FBI, CIA, or Secret Service... The new administration, Caulfield said, was finding government intelligence methods to be deficient... Caulfield claimed that Ehrlichman, Nixon's Counsel at the White House, had assigned him to check out what it would cost to set up an off the books, secret intelligence operation." (14)

Sirhan Sirhan and Arthur Bremer:
By Nathaniel Heidenheimer
January 10, 2008 in Political Conspiracies
This is from the following article by the former LAPD cop Michael Ruppert who is also the author of Crossing the Rubicon. However I have also read this in the Christian and Turner book, The Assassination Of Robert Kennedy https://spartacus-educational.com/JFKturnerW.htm ( which is MY CANDIDATE FOR THE BOOK WITH THE MOST INTERSTING FOOTNOTES EVER! THE REST OF THE BOOK IS AMAZING ALSO!)
Does CIA produce mind-controlled assassins? Well, aside from the reams of material released under the FOIA from CIA's which say that they do, stop for a minute and look at one LAPD document from SUS files. Sirhan Sirhan was hypno-programmed using hypnosis drugs, and torture by. Among others, the Reverend Jerry Owen and CIA mind-control specialist William Bryan hypno-programmed Sirhan at a stable where he worked months before the shooting. Also working there, at the same time, was Thomas Bremer, the brother of Arthur Bremer who, in 1972, shot Presidential Contender George Wallace. Read it for yourself and ask yourself what you believe about the existence of democracy in this country and what you believe about the fate of ANY Presidential candidate not sanctioned by the powers that be before the "race" is run.

A Guide to Understanding the Hoax of the Century
Thirteen ways of looking at disinformation
JACOB SIEGEL
MARCH 28, 2023

In effect, any challenge to the authority of the ruling party, which represents the interests of the ruling class, is depicted as an existential threat to civilization.
It is already possible to see how the kind of mass censorship practiced by the EIP, which requires considerable human labor and leaves behind plenty of evidence, could be replaced by artificial intelligence programs that use the information about targets accumulated in behavioral surveillance dossiers to manage their perceptions. The ultimate goal would be to recalibrate people’s experiences online through subtle manipulations of what they see in their search results and on their feed.
…the National Science Foundation, a government agency that funds research in universities and private institutions. The NSF has its own program called the Convergence Accelerator Track F, which is helping to incubate a dozen automated disinformation-detection technologies explicitly designed to monitor issues like “vaccine hesitancy and electoral skepticism.”
To save liberal democracy, the experts prescribed two critical steps: America must become less free and less democratic. This necessary evolution will mean shutting out the voices of certain rabble-rousers in the online crowd who have forfeited the privilege of speaking freely. It will require following the wisdom of disinformation experts and outgrowing our parochial attachment to the Bill of Rights. This view may be jarring to people who are still attached to the American heritage of liberty and self-government, but it has become the official policy of the country’s ruling party and much of the American intelligentsia.
Former Clinton Labor Secretary Robert Reich responded to the news that Elon Musk was purchasing Twitter by declaring that preserving free speech online was “Musk’s dream. And Trump’s. And Putin’s. And the dream of every dictator, strongman, demagogue, and modern-day robber baron on Earth. For the rest of us, it would be a brave new nightmare.” According to Reich, censorship is “necessary to protect American democracy.”

Conspiracy of Silence, a documentary listed for viewing in TV Guide Magazine was to be aired on the Discovery Channel, on May 3 1994. This documentary exposed a network of religious leaders and Washington politicians who flew children to Washington D.C. for sex orgies. Many children suffered the indignity of wearing nothing but their underwear and a number displayed on a piece of cardboard hanging from their necks when being auctioned off to foreigners in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Toronto, Canada.
At the last minute before airing, unknown congressmen threatened the TV Cable industry with restrictive legislation if this documentary was aired. Almost immediately, the rights to the documentary were purchased by unknown persons who ordered all copies destroyed.
A copy of this videotape was furnished anonymously to former Nebraska state senator and attorney John De Camp who made it available to retired FBI Agent Ted L. Gunderson. While the video quality is not top grade, this tape is a blockbuster in what is revealed by its participants involved.

We brought Attorney John De Camp to speak at Bates College in 1996.
He talked about his book The Franklin Coverup.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_DeCamp
John W. DeCamp (July 6, 1941 – July 27, 2017) was an American Republican politician and author who served in the Nebraska legislature from 1971 to 1987. He served as an infantry officer in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. In 1975 he was central to organising Operation Babylift as a civilian,[3] which evacuated 2,800 orphaned Vietnamese children.[4] In 1992, DeCamp wrote a book titled The Franklin Cover-up: Child Abuse, Satanism, and Murder in Nebraska in which he alleged the supposed existence of the Franklin child prostitution ring.[5]

Racists with Badges: The Good Ol' Boys Roundup
By: Donald V. Watkins January 29, 2020
Most people of interracial goodwill have never heard of Gene Rightmyer, the former Knoxville, Tennessee-based ATF agent who organized and led the Good Ol' Boys Roundup (Roundup) from 1980 through 1995. During this sixteen-year period, more than 1,000 people participated in the Roundup, including an estimated 500 federal, state, and local law enforcement and Department of Justice (DOJ) officials. At least 10 percent of the attendees had federal law enforcement affiliations.
During this 16-year period, only 4 black law enforcement agents ever attempted to attend the Roundup. As discussed below, two of them who were accompanied by a white ATF agent got into a confrontation when the white ATF agent was accused of "bringing niggers to the Roundup" by the event staff members who were operating the "Nigger checkpoint."
