like Christmas, but for michael on september 29 (or oct 11..?)
anyone plan on celebrating?
No but my twin brother and I celebrate St. Crispin and St. Crispinian's Day every Oct. 25th. St. Crispin and St. Crispinian were twins and the patron saints of shoemakers. That holiday was as popular in Europe in medieval times as St. Patrick's Day is today in America. Legend has it that they were indestructible like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego up until the time they were required to seal their blood as martyrs, they were beheaded by the Roman government for not recanting the Christian faith.
