If memory serves, I believe its more common than we think to have children tracked. I don't know how they do it, but it's likely a bracelet. or anklet.

Oh they're really good at that. I think they can smell weather sometimes and feel the temperature variations. I lived in the country long enough that I can predict the weather a bit myself. For example when there is heavy rain near by, it's often preceded by a certain type of breeze if it's still.
