Why do you want Dreamweaver? Building a website? There are free alternatives for that.

Yeah, I know. I have a few of them. A person that already knows Dreamweaver wants to do some contract work for me. She can do good work if I give her a template and all she has to do is change the details. She doesn't know how to drum up business, but she can do the work if I get it for her. I get paid and she does the work. It is a win win.
