Back in the 60s and 70s, before Tandy Radio Shack, it was called Allied Radio. Their catalog was three quarters of an inch thick. Electronic parts. Resistors, capacitors, transformers, tubes, and all of the other parts of a radio or TV. If you had the schematic, you could build it.
