This document is of questionable reliability. Bill Cooper died for what he knew and stood for truth and freedom. The ideas in Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars are well established and commonly accepted in our day as the ruling principles of the latter-day secret combinations at their head. This is what they believe and how they'll defeat and enslave the world. They form they guiding philosophy that well lead the wicked in the Lord's left hand to punish and judge the wicked in His day.

First off, the snoop4truth character could very well be a bot by those at large.
Secondly, how many things claimed in these works of writing have truly come to pass? 20% 50% 90%?
Thirdly. I do not believe that it was claimed to be a government document of the USA, rather, it was a document created by a very small ruling elite, they are global. Do some of them live in the USA? likely, but they likely live in many countries.
Fourth: Read and/or listen to both this JFK speech and OBL's VERY FIRST post 911 interview statements. Listen and read very carefully, as you shall; find they are both describing the same identical perpetrator.

Lastly. That if indeed these works are of truth, than suffice to say that our entire lives have been programmed as such since birth, and will be until death and beyond. But wait a minute, "Our entire lives have been programmed"??!!?!?! In America the programming used to start very early. I.E. if you were growing up in the 60's 70's or 80's do you recall the most popular games being played among the 10 and under group? They were none other than games like; cops and robbers, cowboys and Indians, little green army men, and GI Joe. Why all the fighting and war you might ask? Because we were/are a war nation, we are arguably the police of the world too. In order to groom our youth into wanting to become a soldier later in life these are the programs that did just that. There is no arguing this point, it is what it is. Additionally, if you do not believe that people can be programmed look no further than Pavlov's so called, "theory" of conditioned behavior, which is not theory but truth! Television, "programming" (And gaming) is the vehicle of delivery today. Think about what a program, or, "television program" does. It programs its attendee. To do what? It depends upon the content. Has this lead to mass shootings in the USA? More than likely. You get the point. Back to the thought that we may have indeed all been programmed since our very births. Now, let that thought sink in for a moment. Now, begin to imagine, with our LORD, what the world might have looked like today if these supposed control factors never had influence upon us. Wow! Can you imagine!?!? Might we had even gotten so far to have met the steps to heaven, on earth?
