I know I am late to the game on this, but back in 2016 I didn't watch these videos.
I felt like it was intruding on a meeting I wasn't invited to.
My feelings about many things have changed over the years, so I went specifically looking for the video about YSAs.
Then I watched a lot more.
I have to say the video on Church Preparedness was excellent. I know it was recorded in 2008, I don't feel the church has fully abandoned those principles that they seem to speak of so candidly.
I was surprised how worried they were in particular the fact that the bishops could help more, but aren't. That they are to seek out the poor. The "checkbook without a limit."

Really the more I watched the better I felt about the imperfect men doing a better job than I gave them credit for.
If anyone is curious, I would recommend watching as many as you want. The titles are more snarky then they need to be in my opinion. As a disclaimer, I didn't watch them all, but I did watch quite a few.
