Pepper Brag

Post by Pazooka »

Gathered in what I could before the hard freeze. And among the haul are the peppers that just kept coming on strong all summer. They loved this year’s heat. My favorite this time around were the Bulgarian variety that look like bell peppers but have pointy ends - super sweet and flavorful.

I started sprinkling dried pepper flakes on almost everything. It’s like nature’s MSG.
