Blockchain guy to invest 30 million and has big plans to alleviate droughts, besides produce abundant energy, in of all places, the Virgin Islands where the first of many new planned communities are being built.
Da PI is next. 8-)

It’d be nice if the dude placed an order for pipe and installation services... or a least started the permit process. Rather than issue press releases.

The islands better put zoning in place to preserve every square inch of arable top soil agricultural land, and ensure all homes and roads are built only on the rocky portions.

Having control of cheap energy, and fresh water, sound like a weird Mad-Max dictatorship could arise. Along with exorbitant prices.

Anyway, things tend to happen that weren't expected when a lot of real power and influence arise in the hands of a few.

Plans have been in place for going on three years now. Yea, should get underway soon. He’s investing more than the market cap for the whole company. I sold some today at 0.0570 which was my small tweak on the situation. Dozens of these communities are planned wherever tropical seas adjoin arid shorelines. Droughts can quickly devastate crops, and now can be prevented. Had we not funded OPEC, OTEC could have produced abundant benefits for all, rather than enrich the few political fellows.
