I think the Davos commentators and his own speech to Davos underscores my sense he is on our side, especially his recent, rather alarming press conferences.
Trump has a lot of different voices and pressures being put on him. He's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. The Davos, etc., people seem to believe he won't even make it to the election, hence their reliance on a silly placeholder such as Biden.
